GeorgieBoy 9/09/2015 Reason For Visit Sales (Used) "Bought two vehicles from Snap and I am pleased" Purchased a vehicle for my daughter-in-law and one for myself from Snap. Harris was most knowledgeable, fair and treated buyers with respect. He was most capably assisted by Alexandra who closed the sales and produced the paper-work for both of my purchasers. Both were extremely astute and knew all of the details associated with all of the vehicles in stock. Being an old auto mechanic, I had many questions about many cars in the inventory. Both snapped out answers to ALL of my questions. I was amazed about the details that both of them knew. Both showed concern about the buyer’s needs and likes. I have already shared my experiences with a member of my family and a neighbor, both of which are likely to visit Snap soon to look at the inventory and are serious potential buyers. That was due to my unbiased recommendations based on my two purchases. Because of my background as a auto mechanic, car sales experience and graduate Mechanical Engineer, I am known as the neighborhood expert on used cars. Over the years, I have purchased many, many used vehicles from many dealers and by far, this was the most enjoyable experience that I have ever had. Harris and Alexandra are top notch people. I would, and have recommended them to family, friends and neighbors. . Less Customer Service Quality of Work Friendliness Pricing Overall Experience I Recommend This Dealer: Yes Employees dealt with Harris and Alexandra

How would a 7 day exchange policy have helped if it took you almost 30 days to get the car to me after being paid? The total repair cost is now over $25k just to get the vehicle in good working order. This car had to have every single seal replaced, not just a few, every single seal! -You lied about the condition of the vehicle to begin with- STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN! Bought a car from the VA location to be shipped to FL. Took almost 30 days to ship the car after it was paid in full. The wrong paperwork was sent twice which delayed me being able to register the vehicle as well (my own bank was questioning if this was a legit business). Car was stated to be in great mechanical condition and I also asked before purchasing and was told it had no problems. Once the car was received I noticed it was leaking coolant from a cracked radiator, all bushings were collapsed (literally every single one - front end, tranny, motor, etc.) all 4 wheels were bent, all four rotors were grooved, and the list goes on. Total it needed more than $15k worth of repairs for it to be a safe, reliable car. Car turned out to be a repossession and was almost destroyed mechanically. The employees of the dealership also drove the vehicle in this condition so it made it even worse and the mileage listed was wrong. Needless to say I am not happy and am seeking legal advice on the matter. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!

I dont usually post reviews for anything, but since this was a big purchase that I decided to purchase used I feel I should contribute to those who prefer buying used cars only. Let me start by saying this company has a great setup and way of doing business. No pressure, no salesman and no haggle. This is how car buying should be, no one has the time to argue with rude salesman and waste energ. I purchased a 2013 Porsche Cayenne S that was listed on cargurus and was priced number one amongst 30 other cars within 200 miles. I dont usually go to independent dealers but I decided to call and setup an appointment, I spoke with Sasha who was very pleasant over the phone and gave me plenty information over the phone. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but they were very welcoming and took me to their beautiful indoor showroom where they have all their used cars nice and clean. Im not going to give every little detail although I should but I will tell you that these guys are professional and straight to the point. I would definitely buy another car from them. I dealt with Sasha, Harris, and Ron. Thanks guys, Cheers!

This could have been a perfect, 5-start experience except for Ron, the so called GM & Finance Manager. Ron was extremely poor customer service and professionalism. He is a complete zero and should be fired for his bad attitude and lack of professionalism and obvious bias. However, the comments above about Ron is in no way reflective of the other professionals that work for Snap such Sasha, Harris, Dion and the garage staff. These individuals personify CLASS, EXCELLENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM that is very hard to find in the marketplace today. After I took delivery of my vehicle, I needed to pass Maryland State Inspection. There was an issue with the rack n pinion. I called them and they took care of it as well as a very items that were outstanding when I purchased the vehicle. Sasha, Harris, Dion have been extremely response whenever I reached out to them. The team of Sasha, Harris, Dion excel at a high level of customer service!! I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Im not a big review writer, but I do believe that SNAP Car Buying has earned my time, because they earned my business. This was not your typical car buying experience. I walked in one weekend looking for a particular car I saw advertised. The salesperson was helpful, but not pushy in the slightest. I asked a few questions and was on my way. The next weekend I came back looking for the same car. Sasha was ultimately the representative that helped me. She was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. She made it as enjoyable as a car buying experience could be. Im a salesman myself, so my standards are pretty high. I would recommend working with SNAP Car Buying if you are looking for a vehicle. Its not typical of a car dealership. They store their cars in a warehouse and you look around at your leisure. No one pesters you. No one bothers you unless you have questions, and when you do they are very helpful.

Deserve 0 stars. Bought car from here in April with the extended warranty from Penn Warranty Corp. Last month which was August I was driving and heard loud noise and car rolled to the shoulder of the road but was still running. Called tow truck to come tow it to Mercedes dealer ship come to find out it was the drive shaft came loose and hit the transmission and lower oil pan. Warranty company denied fixing the transmission even tho it was covered under my warranty saying that I continued driving the car after the drive shaft came loose is the reason why they will not cover it. I called Ron at the dealership and told him the problem he sided with the warranty company like the dealership is in connection with the warranty company saying it was my fault cause I kept driving with the drive shaft off. Common sense a car will not go without the drive shaft.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Lets start by saying I was shopping around for a used reliable car. came across a car they had on their site. Very very very interested and I let them know that. Not going to lie, my credit isnt that great. BUT I let them know I had a substantial down payment. I had spoken to Karan or however you spell it. He claimed he was the "finance manager"Day 1 they said after filling out the application they were going to get back to me. Waited all day, but no response. Called them back the next day and they said the same thing. Waited all day, and still no response. Same thing for the 3rd day.... I gave up and went somewhere else. Glad I did because I am very happy with my current purchase. Have the courtesy to get back to your potential customers!!!!t
