Would give less than one star if I could. BE WARNED about this dealership. First of all I was told that I am not allowed to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection, I should have walked way right then ... lesson learned. Their story changes so fast to the point where you start doubting yourself. The manager has no problem of lying to your face. And please bring someone who knows about cars with you because they have no issue of selling a broken car. God forbid if the car you bought has major issues (that was the case in mine); don’t think you will be getting any help. They don’t keep to their end of the bargain. The manager needs to be disciplined. I have never seen this kind of customer service and disrespect. Stay as far away as possible from this dealer. I can’t even emphasize how far away……

Overall, we were very satisfied with our used car buying experience at eTrade Auto Sales! The dealership is not fancy and it’s hard to find a place to park, but we got a fantastic price on a 2013 Toyota with low miles. We were appreciative and impressed that the salesman Ali authorized the service team to perform all the little fixes that we requested. The process of getting the paperwork finished to buy our car (through the USAA buying program) was very smooth and unstressful. Alex also gave us great customer service and made sure we were completely satisfied. Our Maryland tags took a little longer to be mailed to us than we’d hoped, but we are thrilled with our new ride and we highly recommend eTrade Auto Sales.

We bought a car from them cash a couple months ago. After the second day the car started acting up. They gave me a warranty and did not hold up their end on it. They said they fixed the problem but after driving for only a few minutes the car started doing the same thing. Its going to cost me about 4000 to get everything fixed on the car. Also the red navigator the have on their website for almost 6000 they tried to sell that to my fiance with no cd player or navigation system. Also you can tell it had a rejection sticker and it kept saying something was wrong with the suspension. They are crooks and do not go to them. They sell bull. Also when you need to talk to someone they give you the run around.

I read reviews posted elsewhere. Our buying experience was very positive. Ask for Ali. He is professional and personable. We found the car online, test drove it and bought a 2016 Corolla for our fleet with fair financing in about 90 minutes. So much better than a large dealer that recently took 4 hours for the same process with not as good of a deal and then the usual up selling. We will call Ali for our next fleet vehicle.
