This is the worst experience we have ever had! We purchased a vehicle through here about a month ago and have yet been able to drive it! First they didnt get it registered in time. The day we got it as soon as I tried to drive it the suspension was messed up. We took it to a shop and had to get it fixed. We called the dealer and they paid for part of the repairs and we put $1200 of our own money to cover the rest. That wasnt even the beginning oil our nightmare. Theor was a rip in the frame which would not pass inspection so the person who did the NYSI before we picked it up ignored that issue along with many others. The exhaust system and now the motor is shot. Mind you we have NOT driven the vehicle since we purchased it. We called them the day we picked the vehicle up letting them know about the suspension and have been trying to work with them from day one. Now they are saying its been over 30 days so they will no longer do anythibg, which they wasnt before. So now we have to deal with the dealership, the bank, and the DMV. This has been the worst experience of our lives. Beware of this company. They pass NYSI on vehicles that should NOT be passed. Their customer service is the worst!!!! If I coud give less than a One Star I would!

Just bought a 06 Mazda 3 from Jared. Drove to Atlas from the Buffalo area. It was definitely worth the trip. We got a great price on a great car. The costumer service was top notch. They even resolved an air conditioning issue we knew about when we bought the car in a way that was very convenient for me! They really back up their product. Will definitely go back next time I am in need of a car. Thank you Atlas Auto!!

My history with dealers is not so positive, either they want to much many for their vehicles or my credit wasnt good enough. Jared Kosko made it extremely easy. I did nothing but showed him what car I liked and he did the rest. If theirs a way to get you in to that car, doesnt matter how small or how many banks he needs to deal with, he will find a way. Thank You Jared for my Tahoe. I recommend these guys to anyone.

I went in and test drove the car I really wanted and was able to pick it up later in the week. The whole financing and getting the car took only 3 days (even over the weekend). Jared and his team are great at what they do and I love my impala!! Thanks for everything Jared. You guys are a lifesaver!
