My story: The time came to make another vehicle decision - to extend my lease for another year or not, to lease a new one or not, to buy or not (of which, I knew this was a small chance due to my previous years of debt/income ratio). For the last 6 months, I worked very hard to pay off credit card debts and push back the wants to better my FICA Scores. One of the main reasons my finances were so poor, was a choice I made years ago to help put my son through college...a single parent with no child support collection, I took on a huge 10 year "Parent" loan to help him get a good education. This coming June, 2017...this debt will be a "ZERO" balance after 10 yrs of $400/mo. I stayed focused and determined to do what was needed for the love of my child. Life is filled with choices which may cause delays in what you want in Life...these 10 yrs were worth the wait...my son, now has an outstanding job and I can move forward to the "wants" in Life : ) with pleasure and enjoyment. This story is only shared because of the "HOSELTON" Dealership TEAM...For a few weeks, I kept seeing this vehicle come up on Cargurus. I called HOSELTON and went in to test drive this 2015 KIA SORENTO SX. The heart felt warmth from the beginning to end was so "wonderful". I had no idea of the end result but in my heart, I knew I had to step outside of my box to see where it would take me. The car was my "dream car. I wanted to be honest & up front with my financial side, so I did not get my hopes up due to those choices in Life. Little did I know...that working with the Manager, Tim, the sales person, Luis, the finance person, Joe...AND (unknowingly) meeting one of the HOSELTON family members, Riley...that it would bring such emotions, forward. From start to finish in a "3 hour" time span, this team worked diligently with so much kindness, understanding, and expertise. Next thing I knew, I was being handed the keys to my "Dream Car"...the Kia Sorento SX. To have such caring, welcoming service like "HOSELETON"... this truly speaks loud of the mission to do business with "CLASS". "HOSELTON"...you left me speechless driving home in this car. I asked myself: "What just happened?" What just happened was this...I met some dedicated people who opened the door to someone like me and brought LIFE back into my HEART! THANK YOU, THANK YOU...Tim, Luis, Joe, & Riley. : )

In the days after my review here Hoselton has reached out to me and has rectified the situation reguarding the keys and the gas card In a very timely manner. In January I bought a used car from Hoselton. They promised in writing a 100$ gas card that I have never received. Months after buying the car I still havent received my second set of keys also promised in writing, even though I was reassured during two separate calls to the salesman that he was putting them in the mail "right away". I drove to Hoselton from Buffalo three times to buy this car 9hrs total driving. I did because they had the particular model of car that I was looking for and also because they claimed to have a thorough 100 point inspection. The car had a mechanical issue during the first test drive. The issue was easily addressed but cost me a 3 hour drive round trip. The second time I came back to buy the car if it was in working condition. They had us waiting like 30 minutes before and after the test drive, by the time I got a chance to speak to the salesman it was to late to do the paperwork and financing. Another 3 hour drive. After another 3 hour trip I had my car. I was happy. Until the next day it took like seven cranks to start. Then on my way to work I got a black paint stain on my pants from wet paint that had been used on the steering wheel airbag cover. This paint has never dried to this day. a week later I had an idler pulley fail and the brakes started grinding. Why werent any of these issues found during The 100pt inspection?

I bought my first car from these guys. The deal was great and I was very happy with my car. That was 9 years ago. Im now onto a truck and this review is based on my recent experience with bringing it in to have my ABS warning light diagnosed. They told me I needed $1,900 worth of repairs. 2 new front wheel sensors, 2 new front wheel barrings, and a front rotor. They apologized for the price, stating it was mostly labor costs and it couldnt be avoided. I questioned them on their diagnosis, since I personally replaced 1 of the front wheel barrings and 1 of the sensors with my cousin (who is a mechanic) last year. They stuck by their diagnosis so I walked, saying I couldnt afford it. I brought my truck to Pittsford Mobil, explained Hoseltons diagnosis and my confusion due to the recent replacement of the sensor and barring and they took a look at it. They diagnosed the warning light in front of me and told me it was just the front left sensor. They also took a look at the rotor in question and told me it was just barely beginning to rust and it was nothing that needed replacing. Pittsford Mobil fixed my truck for $150 when Hoselton wanted to charge me $1,900. I almost wonder if I should report Hoselton to the Better Business Bureau or the NYS Attorney General for seemingly trying to rip me off. Luckily, they didnt get me for $1,900, but Im sure some people pay their crazy quotes, which is very unfortunate.

I recently purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Hoselton Chevrolet and my experience was great. Upon arrival and entering the building we were greeted in a very friendly manner by the sales team inside. We were lucky enough to work with James Crowell who was easy going and very knowledgeable. He took us through the Silverado I was interested in, explaining all the details associated with the truck. Then as we were walking around, he stopped us and let us know that he only wanted to move at our pace, if we wanted to look at other vehicles there he would help us out, if we wanted to think it over and come back that was fine too, or if we wanted to work on a deal he would help with that. Not pushy at all, which was really great. Throughout the negotiation process James was respectful and advocated for us. I would also say that as the buyer you need to show that same respect for the salesperson, it makes the process much smoother for all parties; we noted a couple who were incredibly rude behind us, and their salesperson did a great job of working with them politely. In the end I felt like I got the deal I wanted and hopefully the dealership felt like they got something as well. I would also mention that Trevor Mellon was very helpful with the financing part of the purchase. All in all, a really great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the market for a Chevy vehicle.
