I have selectively bought and sold many nice cars over the years and when I wanted to find a new good/clean newer model, low mileage pristine car (and get the best price...) I decided to try going to Direct Car Buying Service in Sterling VA. where I was greeted by Dave Babb the GM. Dave is an industry Veteran and knows the car business inside and out as well as working exceptionally well with all customers from start-through-completion. Pre-Post Sales. First impressions exceeded my expectations as they have some of the nicest and cleanest pre-owned/certified cars anywhere around and a selection that cannot be beat, including some rare finds.. If you cannot find a car you like here-you wont find one anywhere else! I knew I would be buying from Direct Car Buying. All vehicles are kept and displayed indoors in their state-of-the art warehouse/showroom and immaculately kept. There are no other car/dealers that operate like this anywhere in the area. No pressure from "Sales" at all as they allow you all the time you want to walk around the floor, sit in vehicles, look them over and test drive as many as you like. There is NO pressure or sales games here. All cars have complete information on the window stickers with most being factory "Certified" vehicles with transferable remaining warranties and all have PureCarsValue Reports/CARFAX Reports etc. Just go into the customer lounge where you can walk up to any computer station Pod and pull up any of their cars to get pricing and all of the information, details and reports right at your fingertips. Again, this is a state-of-the art facility. I made the decision to buy and all paperwork was done and completed in less than a 1/2 hour. They also provide you a 7 day exchange policy as well as a Limited Warranty on 100% of labor/parts for 30 days or 1000 miles. I am a picky buyer and Dave had my MB C250 detailed (again) to my satisfaction and a full tank of gas with a few nice extras! Do your self a favor and go visit Direct Car Buying Service before you pull the trigger on purchasing any vehicle anywhere else. For Best In Class Service...ask for Dave Babb the GM and enjoy your car buying experience at Direct Car Buying Service.-Youll be glad you did. *Also, referred my good friend to Dave as he was actively seeking a nice, newer, low mileage GENESIS LIMITED and could not find one to his satisfaction in months of searching in the Tri-State area. He drove out of there in one of the nicest Genesis Limiteds Ive ever seen and completely happy with everything about the vehicle. Most notably the impeccable condition of the car and highly competitive price/lower than anywhere else he looked comparatively..better car, lower mileage, PureCarsReport, Clean CARFAX, Loaded! This guy is hard to please and hes still smiling :)

my initial experience with them when I first got my car was pleasant. Sam was a very nice guy and really put effort in to finding me a good car last minute. However since the sale I have not yet been able to get in touch with my sales person. The reason I am trying to get in touch with someone is because the car that I was told was so good on highway mileage and gas is actually not. I live off road which means that this car will cost me a lot to get an alignment every couple of months. I try to get in touch with someone before my loan finalized and they purposely gave me the runaround until my loan finalize. Once my loan finalized and I found out about it I called them very disturbed because long before its finalized I was trying to get in touch with someone so that I can return this lump of tin. No one has tried to get in touch with me. I had to actually called them and when I called them I have still not been able to get in touch with Sam my original sales person and not to mention no one is even compassionate to the situation with trying to help. I would say that once you go in here do you think that you are getting a good deal but dont let you have any follow-up questions or follow up complaint because these people will not take care of you. I feel completely robbed and not to mention I am stuck with a car that I will literally have to pay off for I can get the actual car that I want do not and I repeat do not do business with this place at all do not do business with them you will feel completely robbed especially when you have something wrong with the car they will literally tell you that it is your problem and that is up to you and the bank.

I hadnt had a car in over a year after facing some financial setbacks in life. And believe me, living in Virginia w/o a car is a whole other setback in itself. Either way, with damaged credit including a repo, I humbly approached Easterns, knowing that rejection was a huge possibility in my case. After running my credit, they reconfirmed what I already knew about my financial reality but assured me everything would be alright. Within an hour in their showroom they told me I was approved for the 2016 Toyota 4Runner I wanted and never once tried to force a car that I didnt want on me. God is good! And I truly know it was God using these guys at Sterling Easterns as vessels to a blessing to me. Saw this car weeks ago in person and wanted it. Prayed about it. And out of nowhere the guys at Easterns made this a smooth and seamless process. Big thank you to Amir and Kevin and the great team working with them. I admit the song on their advertisements is kind of cheesy, but true nonetheless. My job was my credit. If youre looking to purchase a new car, I highly recommend you go to the Sterling Easterns. Beautiful facility and showroom. Accommodating professional staff. And overall, they deliver with no alterior motives. Just your best interest.

Just terrible!!!!!!! The car I was looking for was listed on their website so I called. Over the phone i spoke with James, a very polite and professional salesman that insured me that the car was at the location in sterling and that I specifically speak to Ronnie. The time is now 4:45pm meaning I traveled to their location in the peak of rush-hour traffic just to be intercepted by car salesman Kevin. I told him i needed to speak to Ronnie and he says i can help you. I sat with Kevin and immediately he tells me the car has been sent to auction the day prior!!! At this point Im mad!! He says if you commit to buy we can bring it back. i told him I dont blind buy. he says well what price range are you looking for. I said no more than $550 and he said its a non haggle price... He didnt know I knew the original sales price was 70K 325 days ago. Im pretty sure that "no haggle price" was in effect then. Kevin then pitches to me again as if i will buy the car without looking at and Immediately pisses me off , so I began to walk away from the table and he wants to help me find something else i said dont bother. The car is still being listed as if its still there. that was four days ago. I will never do business there ever again

All of our prior car purchases have been brand-new cars directly from a dealer, so we were a little nervous about what to expect shopping for a used car. We found a car online that matched all of our requirements in terms of low mileage, newer model, still under warranty, etc. When we came in to view and test drive the car, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the experience. Because we had an appointment, the sales rep, David Babb, was able to give us his full attention. While very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions, he was not at pushy and allowed us to check out and test drive without feeling pressured. The car had been pulled from inventory and was waiting for us prior to my arrival, and the pristinely clean indoor showroom was a nice bonus instead of having to traipse about an open lot. The paperwork to complete the sale was handled quickly and efficiently, and we left as satisfied customers who can confidently give David and DCB two thumbs up. As an aside, we had also purchased a brand-new car from a reputable dealer just one week prior, and can say the car-shopping experience with DCB beat the experience with the dealer hands down.
