Very positive experience. I was cautious at first (as anyone should be when going to a used car dealer), and it felt weird that the company is located with many others in small offices in back of their address building, but Emon (the owner) turned out to be a great guy...very friendly, easy to talk with, and seemed sincerely interested in making sure all my questions were answered and needs met. I ended up buying a mini-van...very clean...at what I had researched as a great price. My take is that Euro Auto Sport is one of the few dealerships that has figured out that the best way to be successful is to try to give the customer the MOST for his dollar, instead of trying to see how LITTLE they can get away with. Thats a huge context shift for a dealership, and one you will enjoy, I think. Just go there and youll see what I mean. One of their policies I especially liked was that they have no qualms about letting you take a car youre interested in to a third party (like your local mechanic or another dealer) for a pre-purchase inspection. For me, that was worth doing, and provided tremendous peace of mind. As it turned out, everything Emon told me about the car was reported accurately. It had just had new brakes put on, for example, and the rest of the car checked out 100%. So, how can they do this? Its pretty simple: they have a small staff, very low overhead, and the cars they buy for their business are high quality. Because of this, they can offer substantially lower prices for cars than I saw at other dealerships that have big operations (and where you always feel hustled, right?). You wont find high pressure here though. But theres one other reason you shouldnt be afraid to check them out: Emon knows his cars! Hes been doing this for more than a few years, and you can find some real bargains here that are in good shape because he doesnt pick losers, and specializes in European stock. Bottom line: check them out if youre looking for a used car, and dont be put off just because the prices are attractive. There may be no such thing as a free lunch, but there definitely is such a thing as a good deal. And this is a place you stand a good chance of finding one.

Bought a car from this company 3 month ago and filled out my paperwork wrong and ultimately i went 2 months without a car. I contacted this company to correct the problem and they sent me another set of wrong paperwork and it took weeks just to get a response. I took the time to fly to VA from atlanta to buy a car but it was the worst mistake of MY LIFE!!!! both payam and Emon are crooks are offer terrible customer service. Though they made the mistake and had to correct the problem they made for me to register my car they blamed everything on me and offered no compensation for the time lost. I paid for the car cash and never imagine being treated with such disrespect. Im in the process of suing this company, i advise no one do business with these people. They are not honest and will do anything to get your money.

Great experience. Was a little skeptic but did some research and read all the reviews and called emon up and asked too many questions. He answered all of them and pointed out stuff you wouldnt have noticed. I called around 4 to go check a car but couldnt arrive til 630 and he stayed around til then and let me have an extensive test drive and didnt leave there til about 8 ish. We negotiated a small deposit and he held the car til the weekend til I could come grab it. Even opened a little earlier that weekend so I could beat traffic. The deal sounded to good to be true and it wasnt. I remember sending the link to my dad and he said whats wrong with it ? They shouldnt be selling at that price and it was. All in all, best experience I have had with any dealer anywhere. I would recommend to family and friends.

I recently purchased my first car from Emon and had an exceptional experience. He made me and my family feel at home from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable about his inventory and took his time to explain any questions I had. I felt that he was genuinely dedicated in helping me find my dream car and had my best interest at heart. The whole process was easy thanks to him and took no time at all even though I could of hung out all day there. Ive had my car for a while now and have had no issues with it. It has been reliable and I enjoy it every time i get in. When ever I have any questions, I can call Emon and has been there for me even after the purchase to answer any further questions I have for him. I plan on getting my wife a car soon and will be taking my business back to Emon at Euro Auto Sport!

Awesome service, great low prices, very patient, and hospitable ! He will make sure everything you need is done and done right . If you have any concerns at all he will go over it with you and put your mind at ease . My husband and I went in on a Thursday and we got held up by our loan approval (not the dealer) had to wait for our loan check to be mailed and when we came back on Monday he had all the papers waiting to be signed, tag already on the car and we were finished in 20 minutes and driving off the lot ! Hes the best dealer weve ever dealt with, not pushy, really laid back and caring, if we ever buy another car Im sure it will be from Euro Auto Sport !! Thank you so much for your advice and consideration !!

Never have I seen great customer service like this. We bought a car about 6 weeks ago from Emon. We have been very satisfied. It was a great deal, the car was clean and in excellent condition and still is. Emon was persistent in addressing and resolving the minor outstanding item we had about the vehicle before we left with it, he was very friendly and hospitable. Dealing with him felt like dealing with a friend rather than a dealer. I advise anyone looking for a clean used car to check what he has available before looking elsewhere. If I need a second used car in the future, Emon’s inventory would definitely be the first place I look. Very very very satisfied customer. Amazing customer service. Keep it up Emon!

Great Experience! Best dealership Ive ever gone.From what I saw, and I am a mechanic, they maintain and at times upgrade their used vehicles as close to perfection as your going to get for the right price!! I could honestly say I would deal with them again if something catches my eye in their inventory. Emon was very knowledgeable and expedient with my purchase. He definitely took care of me, which is so unusual for a dealer to even care. But I had a few hiccups with my bank and emon was able to take care of me. Dude even gave me gas money on top of that. Dont expect the same treatment but Im sure he will do his best to take care of you! If emon is reading, is your brother selling that ducati....lol
