Previously I have been screwed over by used car dealers. I had been looking on Craigslist and local dealers. The search was disappointing, when I saw Karz Inc. on google, I decided to do some looking there because their reviews were fantastic. The reviewers did not lie. During the research phase, Chuck the sales rep did not pressure me, or hound me with an abundance of emails or calls. He listened to my previous experience with used cars, and responded to each one with a comforting answer. He made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. He knew how big this was for me. I originally went in to look at a Nissan and end up buying a Ford Escape with AWD, I am so happy with my purchase, my next will definitely be with Karz Inc. Chuck made me a believer in their service. Their motto "You can drive on our reputation" really holds a lot of weight. They stand behind their sales and service. If you are looking for a car and feel like that maybe your dream of driving something that you are happy with and can afford is not manageable you need to talk to Chuck. I am writing this post 3 weeks into my purchase, and I have no complaints. If you are not looking to buy a car and just need service, take a trip to Karz Inc. their mechanic will be straight up with you and not mark you up like most major repair places, my wife usually gets her service from a major place, and the mechanic gave us some great answers and was honest with us without trying to rake us over the coals.

Just want to say that the staff here is fantastic. Not only did they hold the car we were looking at for far longer than they needed too. But they also were super supportive while we tried to get finance for our first major purchase. Provided us with everything we needed for the bank, gave us direct number to reach them at and were always checking in along the process. Even though the external financing fell through, they again... exceeded at giving us VERY good advice for a financial plan and were supportive no matter which desicion we made. I also wanted to highlight the expertise in the service center as they have, every-single-time, never forced us to make, or only given us the answer to a fix that makes them the most money. Willing to look at and diagnose multiple cars for my family always at a resonable price and always in the mood to help. Just wanted to say thank you Scott and crew for all the great mechanic proffesionalism. Thank you Kay and Chuck for your hospitality and un-needed, but much appreciated patience and kindness! We love our Dodge Van, they have been very kind and I am working with them to purchase my next truck Ok, I got my f150 at Karz as planned, ran about 3 tanks thru it in the last couple months. They let me inspect the truck on the lift prior to purchase. I am a hands on guy, I am happy with my F150 and the previous dodge van. I HIGHLY reccomend Karz to my friends. If they dont have what you need, ask them to find it. Dont be a tight-wad, buy the warrenty. My next vehicle will have still another KARZ sticker on the back !
