I am sure everyone has been to a ABC Wine, in general, since there are multiple locations around the U.S. This Oviedo location has always delivered a good experience for us. We are usually stopping by for some wine, and on multiple occasions they have provided some wine samples from their nifty sampling machine in the back. The have several different wine samples and switch them up every so often. They are always helpful with guiding us to something new, or are ready to try to answer our questions. Also, it’s funny when they card me…oh, the good days, lol.

1) The cashier rang me up for two bottles when I only got one and I had to ask him twice to remove it. 2) They didnt card me and Im under 25 so if youre not carding me are you carding younger people? 3) I used a gift card and I didnt know what the balance was. At the end of my transaction they kept the card. I just happened to look at the receipt and I still had a $40.00 balance left. When I went back and asked for it, he didnt even acknowledge the fact they just tried to keep my card with money on it or apologize or anything. Sketchy.

I give it a 4 stars instead of 5 because of the prices. The store has great selections of every kind of alcohol you can think of but the prices are a bit inflated. There is another store in the area that always has their prices a few dollars cheaper than ABC. (I will keep them nameless but they are in Altamonte Springs). I still highly recommend and they do price match, which is a plus.

I came to this establishment to purchase a bottle of wine a tonight. Upon entering, I was greeted by a woman named Dana who was labeled as "manager" on her name tag, who said "we close in one minute, so know you what you want." She was then exceedingly rude upon checkout. I was appalled by my experience. That really shows how management cares about customer service.

This is my go-to store for all my celebrations. The wine guy, Carl is amazing and the staff is great. They have great craft beers and huge wine selection. Prices are lower than Publix, Total Wine and Costco. Great neighborhood store for everyone in Tuskawilla and Oviedo.

Put my purchase on the counter, clerk looked through me and went outside to answer his phone. Called the manager to let him know how his employee had cost him a sale, no concern at all that his employees ignore customers. Will shop anywhere but here now.

Good employees, manager was kind if a dick. Manager told me the coupon I had downloaded online would not work and refused to try it. Argued with him for a few mins til he caved and tried it. What do you know, it worked.

Staff is excellent. I had a few questions about Bourbon, since I hadnt tried it before, and they had a slew of knowledge and tips to give me about choosing a few small bottles to try. Was awesome, would definitely go back.
