Walked in with my 4 kids last night. One person on the floor taking care of the customer. We stood by the counter and waited for some time. The only person on the floor peeked at us a couple of times, but there was no greeting, no smile, no indication that eventually someone will take care of us. Someone else walked in and another member of the staff showed up on the floor, went straight to the person who walked in after us and asked her how she can help. I politely let her know that we were here waiting. This lady ignored my protest all together. Once she finished with that customer she asked us what she can do for us, she looked irritated. I told her that I would like to get an eye exam for my daughter and order glasses. She said that it needs to be scheduled I said ok then the phone rang. She picked up the phone and proceeded with helping a customer on the phone. Weve waited for another 3-4 minutes, then just turned around and left. Eyewear franchises are one of the most lucrative space in the franchise industry, if done properly. Retail business is all about the customer service and sales. This location is ran by people who, most likely, appreciate their jobs, but are not trained to keep them. Too sad for everyone.

I was almost deterred from going to this location by the reviews. Since it is close to home, I decided to try it as I had received good service before. I found none of the problems that the reviewers noted. Dr. White was very easy to talk to and work with to make sure that I was properly diagnosed and fitted for both glasses and contacts. The staff was fabulous. One young lady was on her way out the door and when she saw me standing at the desk to make an appointment, she put down her things and attended to me with a SMILE. It was a pleasure to receive services from this location. Dr. White has worked hard to turn the bad reputation it had to the stellar reputation it is aiming to reach. My recommendation is give them another try... I believe you will be impressed.

Very bad customer service. Untrained staff. Had an appointment and was 10 minutes early. Even more than 30 minutes after my initial appointment no one even talked to me. As I then talked to the assistant, who checked me in, I found out that they actually had a back log of people and that they couldnt keep their appointments. She even kept on interrupting me as I was asking about my appointment. No thanks. If they cant even spare those few second to notify customers about not being able to take care of them than I dont need to take my business to this place.

In ordered contacts over the phone. I was told two boxed were in stock the other 4 would be ordered. When I went to pick up the boxes in stock I was told there was no outstanding order placed and she was not authorized to give me any contacts. All I left with was a receipt!?!? I placed my order with the manager who was of course not working. The store is ran by lack of common sense. Sadly I was going to buy glasses for my son who was with me. NOPE! After I get done speaking to corporate Ill be taking my buiness elsewhere. I cant do stupid.

The dr was great the staff needs training. Even for getting a form filled out for the DMV. One person who claimed to be the manager said they didnt do that and was rude. I called another vision works and the manager there said they do it . I am happy that is resolved. When you purchase glasses and someone asks do you want high definition or the prescription in all of your glasses. I am sorry I need that explained . I have a stigmatism and walked out with good looking glasses but the sidewalk etc was all sloped .

Very unprofessional staff! Not attentive to the customers needs at all. They were yelling back and fourth at each other never once acknowledging me. Waited for about 30 minutes for some help just to be told that i would have to come back tomorrow and that they would give me a call in the morning. I never received a phone call or was able to purchase glasses. Definitely recommend NOT GOING TO THIS LOCATION.

Very dissatisfied! They made a mistake on lens had to wait almost two weeks for glasses, then was rude to me about it. Employer who answered the phone was unprofessional, rude! I cancelled my order and got my money back will never step foot in any of visionworks! Will tell all my friends family co workers to do the same. You cant have people pay their money and u have them wait for product!

Extremely unprofessional associate staff!! Drs. are good. Poor service, they are short staffed and theit attitude is awful! Dont go on a weekend if you dont have 2 hours to sit around! If they feel you should be taking time off work to have an MVA form filled. They had 3 strikes with me before i decided i had had enough! Im hoping for some competition in the area.

Lousy service. They did not even give us a cleaning cloth for the eyeglasses. They were not of help when sizing frames for our face. We were told, "just pick a couple of pair and decide". Will not my be going back. The optical center is GREAT !!! , however my new insurance doors not use them.
