I have been going to this place for at least 8 years and I have about 13 unique pairs of glasses. Most of the glasses are one of a kind and I enjoy going through every tray of glasses when I go. I agree that the professionalism may be a little lacking but I dont mind because I feel comfortable there and after going a few times, you get to know the staff. I have never felt as if they were in any way negligent with my information or that they didnt care about what they were doing. Me and my mom did wait a while the first time and I dont remember seeing any indication that people with appointments are serviced first but once you know, you know. The glasses are cheapest if you dont have bifocals, photo-gray or transitions, around 30-35$ I think. It actually cost me more to get lenses replaced than to just get another pair.

I went in to this establishment to get the arms fixed on the glasses we purchased here in November (yup they broke already) and I had to wait 2 hours for someone to even acknowledge we signed in. They saw numerous people in front of us and when I inquired to find out why I was still sitting here when ppl came in after us, they simply state we see customers who had exams first. SO after I spent my money here, I dont get the same service as the others. I will "NEVER" give them my money ever again. Its so unfortunate because I attempted to support this establishment because they are people of color. Yet another EPIC FAIL!

Been faithful doesnt mean anything to this business they will get your money liars make fake promise to call you when ur glass are ready I will not longer deal with liars unreliable rude unprofessional people my teenage daughter will not go there anymore by the way my phone never been disconnected 1 second for almost 16 years no need of blaming my phone if you never call Im also a business owner I dont tolerate behavior like that Im not going to put up with that anymore my Dear I take my money somewhere else where they wont sabotage and not value me thanks so long

Never have had a problem I have had 3 pair of glasses for myself and my daughter (who keeps breaking them) has had about 6 pair they have fixed her glasses gave me discounts and provided excellent customer service. They are friendly and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone who needs glasses. Especially if you are paying out of pocket.

The optometrists are great but some of the staff lack good customer service skills. Terrible phone etiquette. Overall unprofessional vibe and attitude. They look at you like you like "what the hell do you want?" when you walk in. However some of the other workers are great and helpful.

Eye exams are good, Eye Doctor takes 10-15 minutes to do it. The only good optician i know in there is the younger guy with glasses...Hes real cool and lets you choose from variety... Should of went to him the second time around....If you step in there go to him.
