I scheduled the appointment, then they called me back the day before at close of business to confirm, but they asked me to call them back to make sure I was coming. The entire next day, the phone rang and rang (I tried many times)--unfortunately I had rescheduled a meeting for the appointment, so I ditched the appointment because I didnt even know if they were open at that point. BUMMER.

Good service when youre there, but can never get trough to them on the phone. Someone even picked up the phone and slammed it down like they were mad someone was calling..
