I didnt even get a chance to make an appointment. The staff on the phone is so rude. Tried to make an online appointment and told me that time slot I choose wasnt available, so whats the point with making it online. Apparently they only have doctors on Mondays Wednesdays and Thursday and Saturdays, and the latest is earliest afternoon. How convenient. I told her I would just try to go to another location. Asked the woman on the phone if I could order my glasses to the Odenton location and pick them up from Odenton location (because the appointment times suck!) and she said yes that they would be shipped from that location to theirs. But I didnt want them to be shipped, I wanted them to be ordered at the Odenton location in case something went wrong. She proceeded to act like I was asking the question stupidly and cut me off like she knew better than I. Told her she was rude and I didnt appreciate it and hung up! Never going there.

Not very happy, and looking to find a new eye dr in the area. The doctor herself is ok, friendly, and seems knowledgeable. The lack of ability to get decent frames here is the reason for my low review. The staff is not knowledgeable enough to work with you for a good fit (told me they couldnt even replace severely sweat stained nose pads even though I got the frames there, which I later took to a mall foureyes type place who swapped them out with no problem. In addition they are less than friendly, and bordering on rude. The selection of frames is also subpar at best.

One of the worse places for service. My eye exam wasnt accurate and the glasses they produce are horrible! Workers there are liars and wont own up to their lousy service. Ive given this place 3 opportunities to provide me with a good pair of glasses that I can SEE with . Each time theyve failed. Go to an ophthalmologist and not the optometrists that work there. Very unhappy with their service and staff - they cant be trusted. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this place and take your business elsewhere.

We were seen as soon as we finished with our paper-work. Our Dr. did a fabulous job of explaining what was going on so that my kid and I understood it without talking down to us or talking over our heads. Danielle was energetic and up-beat, and was very patient as she taught me to put in and remove contact lenses. The selection was a little disappointing, but the staff went out of their way to make sure we were getting what we needed.

Just went here for the first time today. They were great! I was in and out in less than an hour with new contacts. I went in solely for a checkup and contacts and figured I would be pressured into buying expensive new glasses as well, but it didnt happen. The entire staff was kind, polite, and professional. Ill be taking the whole family here from now on.

I have used them for seven years and find them very flexible regarding appointment times. I think the exam is very thorough and Dr. is helpful in answering eye care questions. Have purchased glasses a couple of times and they were willing to spend as much time as needed to make the proper selection of a frame and ensure a correct fit.

Had an appointment this morning and the staff was very helpful and friendly. September was very helpful in helping me select the perfect pair of eyeglasses. No pressure........If you need a place to get your eyes examined i highly recommend Weinstein Eye Associates. By the way Dr. Lam is the best!

I and my family have been going to Weinstein Eye Associates for years and have always had wonderful treatment by all the staff. Dr. Lam is so personable and a great doctor as well. I could go to other places for care but why would I switch when I get such great care here!

I was in a pinch because my DL was expiring the next day, and I needed a vision exam to get it renewed. Weinstein Eye Associates gave me an appointment that same day, and the Dr. got the form online and filled it out. Great place, nice people.
