This is the worst Saks off Ive been to. Management and associates all have nasty attitudes. You purchase sunglasses and cant even get a case for them. Sensors are left on the clothes so the customer gets embarrassed cause the alarm keeps beeping due to their error and not checking the clothes thoroughly. No large bags and the computer not working to order an item they dont have. Customer service etiquette training is definitely needed for this location as well as associate training....u ask a simple question and they have to get the manager to answer. So far Nordstroms have the best customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers.
Great selection for the size of the location. All the must haves. Impeccable merchandising so you can find your items fast. Clothes are sized perfectly and the standard Saks contemporary designers are easy to locate. Accessories are of the highest quality and cutting edge in fashion. As are sunglasses. You can find trending styles here unavailable at other stores.
Their ecomm experience is by far the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Their management and associates have horrible attitudes, they are liars, and actually thieves- ended up overcharging our CC by almost $200 on an online order and only refunded $74 of it. Do not trust these people, take your money and business elsewhere.
"Red tag clearance sale" so I brought a bunch of things to the counter. Was then told that it was only 25% off if the full tag was red..not the outline of the tag.. didnt see any of those in the whole store, very deceiving and the employee was not helpful at all
Great store. Staff is very helpful, selection is abundan-womens clothes is obviously larger than the mens section.
