Just wanted to vent a little bit about my frustrations with Pik-Pok Consignment Shop and their poor customer service and poor attitude. Tuesday my Fiance and I were getting stuff together for our daughter that is going to be here on the 16th. We decided to stop into Pik Pok to see if they had anything new. Thats when I saw the baby safari bumper/comforter/sheet set that I wanted but havent been able to buy new. They had it for sale for 40$. I was so excited but we had to go pick up our crib so we said we will come back for it. A few days went by and I asked my mom to go pick it up for me after work considering she works in the area. She went in found the set, checked it out to make sure the pieces were all there and went to the counter to purchase it, Thats when the lady at the counter took the LABELED PRICE TAG that said safari comforter marked at $40 off and told my mom she cant buy it for that price it was marked wrong it was really $60. Of course my mom said the tag said 40 we should be charged 40 and argued the fact you cant just change the price of the item at the counter at your convenience... Who does that? The item was on the sales floor from Tuesday until Friday marked at $40 and who knows how long before that too. But she can just change the price at the counter.. Needless to say I told my mom not to get it if the lady was going to be rude and argue something that was the shops error not ours. My mom has been going there for a while and has purchased alot of stuff for my older daughter there. Enough stuff to consider her a repeat customer. She has even told people to shop there for things and thats how the lady treats her customer? She lost business not just with that sale but any future purchases too. Why so I can see a shirt I like for $2 and have her change it to 6 at the register? Just rude.... This is the same review I posted on their Facebook page, and the employee "Cynthia" attack and call me names for leaving a review in the review section. Everyone I have spoke to about this store has nothing but horrible stories to tell me and they all involve a blonde woman.... I am not a person to make up or exaggerate a situation and I will tell everyone I know about somewhere or someone if they do me right.

I bought a toy for my granddaughter. Got it home and found out it was rusted where the batteries went. Have called every day. No response. Dont shop here. Never go back. I will call BBB and report them
