I went into the Target Optical in McKinney off of 121 to pick up my replacement glasses through their protection plan. This is the second time I had come in, because the first time the wrong pair had been ordered. It happened again this time; they had sunglasses for me instead of my regular replacement glasses. The manager and other associate were very understanding and helpful. They reordered my glasses for a third time and the manager put my lenses into the display pair so I wouldnt have to continue wearing my broken glasses, which had been taped together. I had been so frustrated, but these two were so very nice. I wish I had gotten their names.

We were there over an hour & ended up leaving with NOTHING! People were helped before us that had gotten there after us. The new girl was not properly trained, & should not have been working on her own. The other girl shouldve stepped up and helped her finish us up and get us out of there instead of moving on to the next patient. On the other hand Dr Nguyen was wonderful.
