Ive been going to Dr Jones for many years. This year, I ran out of my annual supply of contact lenses a few days before my upcoming eye exam. I called her office to see if they can give me or sell me sample pairs or one month supply to help me through the few days. They said they cant because I never purchased contact lenses from them. Quote the gentleman I talked to "If you would have purchased a few boxes from us in the past, it would have made a whole lot of difference." BTW, their price is much higher than online retailers, Costco or Walmart. So, it is true that I never purchased any contact lenses from them. I did have my prescription glasses made there. My whole family went there for exams and prescription glasses. Having said that, the bottomline is it bothers me that they decide whether they want to extend some courtesy towards a patient based on how much money the patient spent there. What if you just need an eye exam and your eye sight is perfect? Ill leave it to the readers of this review to come up with an answer on their own. I told them I wanted to buy some contact lenses from them because my prescription from Dr Jones expired a month ago so I cant buy from anywhere else. Quote the gentleman I talked to who also scheduled my next exam in less than two weeks "The minimum amount I can sell to you is three months supply." He said they dont carry one month supply. They carried it when I tried to refill my contact lenses last time, just much more expensive. They obviously wouldnt give me an updated prescription so I can buy an one-month supply elsewhere, which I understand. Im stating the facts about my encounter at this practice as a returning patient for many years. It may or may not bother you. My perspective? It is time for me to find another OD I know I can count on if I ever need some courtesy or special help regardless how much money I spend. BTW, two different people promised to call me back last week and this week. None did. It happened to me and my husband a few times in the past as well. Happy Holidays!

While the doctor was very nice, she could not help my elderly mother, who has a simple case of eye infection to clear the problem. During our visit, doctor Jones prescribed Azasite medication, stating that this is NOT an antibiotic, but just an anti-inflammatory, and it will take care of inflammation. My mother doesnt have insurance, so I asked if there is anything cheaper than a $160 medication (5mg). The doctor recommended an over the counter antibiotic called bacitracin, "but (she stated) it IS an antibiotic, and your mother doesnt need an antibiotic, she just needs an anti-inflammatory drug, which is why I still recommend Azasite, or you can just keep washing the eye, and the infection will go away". Needless to say, the washing didnt help, which is why I went to the pharmacy, asking them about Bacitracin, and guess what I was told - it is NOT an over the counter, I need a prescription! It is 6:30 PM on a Saturday, my moms eyes are not getting any better, so I went ahead and purchased the $160 Azasite, that doctor was insisting on. and guess what - IT IS an antibiotic. As this point, I am curious if this doctor knows anything about eyes! My mom has been using that medication as prescribed for a week now. NO improvement. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone I know to take care of themselves or their loved ones!

Worst experience I ever had with an optometrist. I still feel my prescription was not right. While the doctor was nice, the individuals working the front desk (a guy and a girl) provided the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The woman at the front desk acted very put off and had a poor attitude. I was afraid to ask her for help, and I do not recommend this place.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service when I walked in the girl behind the desk was eating and the guy made it seem like I was a bother for asking a question. Both seem to hate their job they should not be in customer service. I wouldnt even give one star to this place.

Doctor is nice but the people in the front desk are bs. Whenever the girl Stephanie calls me to set up my appointment she comes off as rude and unprofessional. Every time I go there Im always hoping Jones hires a new, friendlier staff to replace those 3

Dr. Jones has been excellent. I injured my eye and she was very helpful during this awful injury. Excellent office staff as well.
