Unbelievably good service and good prices. Great selection of frames. Forget about all the over-priced Optometrists in Plano. I get my contact here - quick and cheap. I got my glasses here - cool new frames. The staff spent an hour helping my girlfriend pick-out frames for prescription sunglasses. The pull up your insurance, transfer your script, price everything you need - awesome. I just might buy some Target stock, they are that good. The only place I will shop for glasses anymore. (Yes, I have tried the other discounters and the super premium places; look no more).

This place is terrible - never go!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. They forgot to order my contacts during my follow-up appointment so it took them a full month to get just my trial pair. The doctors are never present and they try to charge for extra appointments whenever they can. They never answer the phone. I could go on and on and on about how terrible this place is but I would rather not waste your time or mine. Dont go here! Terrible, Horrible place!

Total nightmare. They do not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. And yes, i agree with the other person about the attitude. IF you dont like working with people, why are you working there??? I will advise everyone i know not to go there.

Extremely unprofessional. I had to go multiple times to get my eye exam. Either the doctor wasnt there, the people covering the doctor didnt know how to check my eyes or idk, and another time the people covering could not find a medicine.
