BUYER BEWARE! Deceptive and dishonest! They polish up junk and tell you whatever they think you want to hear to buy it! Think about how many years their so called family owned business has been around (according to their website) and how many reviews theyve probably had to delete from here! Lets see how long this review lasts.. lol! Ive already copy pasted it all over the place and will continue to post until Im satisfied! His cop out solution to this issue doesnt bring a close to a woman scorn! I will have this jeep rebuilt honestly and professionally! The engine blew in this Jeep in less than 3 weeks, but he said it was my fault! Jeff (claimed owner) insisted he would trust driving any of these vehicles to Florida! Well, I drove less miles than that and the head blew, not the hose! All hoses were intact upon tow; I had it towed to a competent shop! He also insists if his vehicle has major issues, his business reputation is worth more than a few thousand dollars! Yeah right! The severity of the engine overheating problem existed before I bought the vehicle and he failed to disclose it! Complaints of previous buyers ripped off from this place should be directed to the FTC and the BBB! The Office of the Attorney General website accepts complaints and also has links to useful resources for deceptive business practices like these! Places like this need to be shut down! Ladies, please note; According to Jeff, because we are "Grown Women with driving experience" That makes us fully aware of what is wrong with the vehicle and we should KNOW WHAT TO DO when the vehicle breaks down or overheats! LOL! Your mechanical knowledge must include diagnosing whether or not a car is sound or safe to drive! LOL! At least if you buy from this place, bc they wouldnt tell you otherwise. Entertaining audio/video footage will be uploaded soon. Priceless personality transformation. It probably took years to become such a pathetic, pudgy used car salesman with no integrity! With predatory tactics consumer reports warns people about! Truthfully, they need to be on that list! Dont waste your time: But, more importantly YOUR MONEY!

My little 18 year old brother bought a car today. Told him only needed a little tranny work. And that everything else was good. First look i take i see a ratchet straped gas tank, wheel cylinder leaking like crazy, holes in the fire wall where they rigged wiring. HORRIBLE HACKS. He doesnt work with you on buying a used car ,no payment, cash upfront.the sad part is that the cars are not in that good of shape.looks I know arnt every thing.My Neptune got a car from there and the car caught on fire.i would not go through Dennis Smith auto
