Let me tell you what...Sam and Joe, these guys...theyre doing great things here. I absolutely despise having to buy a new car but this experience at VIP Auto Sales and Service, theyve made me consider something I dont ever do...coming back for repeat business. Our deal kept them 2 hours past their closing time (on a Wednesday) and they never complained for a moment. They were totally accommodating and just wanted to do the best service for us. This experience was a refreshing change to a typical car lot experience. Sam was in control of the phones and computer and Joe was having great conversations with us helping the time go by smoothly. Im very particular when it comes to a car purchase and price is at the top of my list. They had a great selection and well,...price sells cars. It was a 2 hour trip, 1 way, for us but it was totally worth it. I really cant say enough good things about Sam, Joe and VIP Auto Sales and Service. I can appreciate it when I see people who know what theyre doing and these guys are all over it. Thanks again guys! R and J Garrison Lexus IS250 AWD...we love it!

Went here to rent a Budget truck from them. The person that was supposed to open the store was 20 minutes late opening up. Not only that, but he was trying to imply that I was going to need to sign up for the insurance on the Truck even though I know thats not required... I was sick of the hard sell on the insurance and I had already waited 20 minutes later that day then I wanted. The whole time looking at Penske trucks for rent next door at Pierson Auto. I left and told them to forget about it and walked over to Pierson where the level of customer service was EXTREMELY more professional... Not to mention... If I wanted insurance on the truck rental it cost about half of what it would have at VIP. Now I have $150 tied up in a pending cancellation that I will get back. If I dont... There will be a lot more bad reviews coming down the line for Budget and anything and every outlet I can find.

I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone here know how amazing VIP Auto Sales are. I had come all the way from Michigan it was a four hour drive, once i got tot he dealership Joe and Sam were extremely genuine and very professional. As soon as I choose a car they had brought in the car to their service center to ensure that the car was more than ready to go on my adventures with me. During this whole process, at no time did I ever feel pushed into buying a car from their lot. Joe and Sam were absolutely amazing in helping me buy the car i wanted and not pushing me into buying the cars like other dealers. Vip Auto Sales if by far the best dealership i have been to they take good care of their customers and are one of the friendliest dealerships I know. I will definitely make the trip down to Ohio one more time to buy another car from them.

I just stopped by looking for a car to replace my car that got totaled in a wreck. Joe and Sam was awesome answering my questions. I went to my loan office the next day to see what I can get approved for another car because Joe and Sam had two cars that I was interested in. I was not able to get a loan for either one, but told me what to look for. I went back to the lot and told Joe what year and price I needed to stay in. Joe and Sam was able to work out a deal for me to meet my loan office requirements. Joe even remembered my name the next day I went back. The atmosphere was relaxing and they were professional. I am definitely recommending them to anyone who is looking for a car.

Joe and Sam are awesome. Bought a used vehicle from VIP and didnt have any of the problems Ive experienced in the past from small independent used auto dealers. Joe was friendly and not pushy at all. The vehicle was EXACTLY as represented on the website, it was a high mileage Honda Fit and all issues were disclosed of prior to any negotiations. None of the issues had anything to do with mechanical or reliability problems, these guys buy quality cars for resale. if youre looking for a used vehicle and youre thinking of getting one from VIP you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended.

The owners were absolute gentlemens! I got followed to the gas station, after leaving their car lot, (not knowing) bc Sam wanted to fill up my gas tank... It was so unnecessary but very much appreciated!! Very professional, you can tell they want you to come back to them! Which I definitely would!! I even got a check up call that same night to see if I was pleased with my purchase.. The best experience buying a used car ever!!!!
