I bought a yukon from them and right from the beginning when I left the dealer an airbag light came on, ABS light, service 4 wheel drive message and service stabilitrak. The truck started running horrible, the radio would not Shut off when you got out and the water pump needed changed. I took it back the day after I bought it and they changed a map sensor to get the engine running right and the water pump. I was Told by them that the ABS, stabilitrak and airbag lights were normal, so they wouldnt do anything on that. So they think lights on letting you know something is WRONG is NORMAL??? So what does it take to fail The "inspections"? The radio not turning off even after the key was removed and door opened wasnt anything They cared to look at. So I figured out that was a door latch problem and I bought a new one and I fixed it myself. On April 12th the truck shut down twice completely while my wife and 2 week old newborn were driving 60 mph, she lost all steering and power. Thank God they didnt wreck, but went off in the grass. I took it back up there because Id had enough after that happened. Ive only had it 3 months and took it to see if theyd let me trade it for another vehicle. They offered only half as much as I paid for it 3 months ago and we only put about 1000 miles on it. THEY DID NOT OFFER TO EVEN HAVE A MECHANIC LOOK AT IT. All they care about is money, they dont care about your family being safe in their vehicles.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Motor Max. The vehicle is more than I could have asked for, especially at the price I paid! I shopped at both the Nissan and Ford dealerships that are located within one mile of Motor Max. They couldnt even come within $4,000 of the $9,900 price I paid! This price for a 1 owner 2013 Edge in excellent condition is unheard of! The website inventory offered many choices and photos, so it was easy for me to shop online with no pressure. PLUS the free Carfax report and VIN allow you to do your own research on the vehicles before you go to the dealership. I worked with Brandi and Christy at the dealership. They were great to work with and answered numerous questions about the vehicles I was interested in. Their vehicles are so inexpensive I had a very difficult time deciding which one I wanted! When I finally decided on the Ford Edge, they made the entire purchase process simple and easy! I was even approved for my loan before I went to the dealership for the test drive. This dealership earns 5 Stars from me. I recommend their vehicles, especially with the Free 3,000 mile/3 month warranty they give on all their vehicles! From a VERY happy customer in Peachtree City!

I purchased my 2011 Ford Edge SE in November 2016. There was an issue with the 02 sensor at the time of purchase. Motor Max 2 promised to have it repaired. They referred me to A-1 Auto Service for the repair at the expense of Motor Max 2. After several attempts to make a successful repair (no fault of Motor Max 2 or A-1 Auto Service. Turned out to be an updated part available from Ford that they were unaware of.) it was successfully repaired. Thank you Motor Max 2 for keeping your promise to me! I am considering purchasing a pick-up truck soon, I am very partial to Motor Max 2 now that I haved found them to be so reliable and honest. I lived about 1 and 1/2 hours away and was in Griffin visiting family when I purchased my car, so I was initially concerned about making the purchase. But, now I plan to go the 1 and 1/2 hours back to Motor Max 2 for my next purchase! Thanks again Motor Max 2!!!

Bought a Nissan Titan two weeks ago 3 hours away. Prior to buying the truck it was making a scrubbing/roaring noise. I notified Jason, which is the sales manager about the issue prior to buying it. He test drove the truck and when he got back, he told me that he believes its the tires making the noise to let the tread wear down and after a couple of months and the noise is still there to bring it back and he will take care of it. So I purchased the truck going by his word that he would fix it if the noise continued. I bought new tires for the truck to only find out that the noise was still there. I called to let him know and he said he doesnt remember saying they would fix it. Best they can do is me drive it back up there and they would give me a discount on parts. Liars. Get everything in writing or better yet shop elsewhere,

Inquired about a vehicle via USAAs service, arranged to test drive on a Saturday morning and confirmed the evening before that I would be there between 9:30-10:00 am & it was still available. When I arrived was told someone called within the last 30 minutes & placed a deposit on it so no longer for sale. A phone call would have at least saved me at least part of the 70 mile drive but that didnt happen. But 10 days later its still listed as available on their website as well as several others. Lazy website maintenance, or not wanting to pay the lead referral fee? I know which Id bet on - I also know where Ill never buy a vehicle from either way.

My experience with Motor Max was phenomenal. Brandi helped me get prequalified and ready to pick my car on a beautiful Saturday morning. Chad let me test drive two of my most favorite cars and after putting the top down on the first I made the decision to become the owner of a beautiful mustang. Chad made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Erin was amazing during the whole paperwork process and I was in and out before lunch. I will be a repeat customer at Motor Max and look forwarding to working with this wonderful staff in the future.

All the cars on the lot had a musty smell inside and were dirty with heavy scratches on them. Under the hood was even worse, found batteries corroded, air filters filthy, oil leaks or very dark oil and tire pressure lights on . Brought the issues up to the sales representative and he stated that they do not repair any vehivles and that he buys the cars "as is" and resales them "as is" to the public but yet they come with a 3 month warranty. SKETCHY SKETCHY PLACE!!!! I do not recommend this car dealership to NO ONE.

Worse business ethic ever!!! Was told when I test drove a vehicle if I bought it they would put new battery in it. Well when I bought it they lied and said they replaced it when they really didnt. Not to mention when I bought the truck they didnt even put any gas in it. The gas light was on. I have had the truck one week and drove an hour out of my way back to dealership for replacement batteries and they have me the run around AGAIN!! Will not do business here again...

Had a good experience. We had been to five factory dealerships before we went to Motor Max. The car we saw at Motor Max was the nicest, cleanest, and most resonably priced we had seen all day. Time will tell if it was a good purchase, and if it wasnt I will let everyone know. The sales/financing people were very nice. The only thing that bothered me was how long the process took. The dealership appeared to be under staffed.
