What a rip off!! Will never recommend anyone to this place!!! Run away now. They take advantage of people and tell lies. Luke said I will get a deal since it only had a single key with missing keyless entry. they sold a Chrysler 2006 300 to me for 14500. More than twice the retail value. What a great deal!!! Not!! Less than 24 hours later the brakes and engine light comes on. I left for business trip they had my car for a whole week. Not one person called me with any updates. good luck trying to reach anyone within the service department. You can wait a whole hour, no one picks up, you can leave a message. No one returns your call. This place is a joke. Not to mention after putting a 500$ Down payment on the car it has less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I had to fill up just to get home. Take your business to carmax. Much better cars, a lot lower mileage. Better perks. I regret not going back to Carmax. Not to mention their bullshit hidden down payment that continues for two months after you buy the car before you actually start making payments on your loan. Then I see all these bullshit happy reviews. Stay far away. What a way to treat a veteran or anyone for that matter. You should of seen the look on the ladys face that processed my registration and tags. She felt sorry for me and said I took a stick up the ass. Exact words. Do not go here!!!

I would never do business with a company like this, ever. Before I drove out to the lot, I went to their website to look at their inventory just to get an idea so I knew I wasnt wasting my time. So I went to the site and clicked on Inventory. It brought me to a page that asked for my personal information and email/phone number and below it had a check box with this statement: "By checking this box and clicking “View Inventory Now,” I authorize J.D. Byrider to send marketing calls and texts to the telephone number(s) I provided using an autodialer and/or a prerecorded message. I am not required to give this authorization as a condition of any purchase. If I do not wish to provide this consent, I will not check this box." Obviously, no, I dont want to be subjected to soliciting and harrassing phone calls just because I want to look at your cars online. So I unchecked the box and it would not allow me to proceed, it said I must agree to the consent if I want to the view the inventory. I was in shock, I cannot even believe a company would have this on their website. Its outrageous and ridiculous. So in order for me to car shop online on their site, I have to subject myself to harrasing phone calls and messages?! No thank you, there is absolutely NO WAY I would ever do business with such a company. I did not even bother going to the lot.

I had a car before from them back in 2007 wasnt a very good car i had went to the one on route 4 car had gave me a lot of problems. So years later i decided. To go back and get another car from them because my friend had went and got one and plus i had paid the last one off . so chris helped me eveyone there is friendly and helpful . so i got a 2008 impla love it .but i have not had for two months yet and what happens the key gets stuck in the inection and wont come out. So i called the main number and told them they put out a red alert for my car to get towed back to them so they can look at it and fix it cause i just got that car and i hope they dont try to charge me cause i am not going to pay for it cause i just littery got the car weather its under the warranty or not they have to fix it and it still has the 45 day tag on it. I am praying that years later i have not got another bad car from them cause i really like this car. Cause i thought they have changed by now and not selling no more lemons cause i work with a lady that says she got three cars from the beechmont location were i got mine from. And loves everything about that place.

From somebody that has worked for the company I can tell you first hand that this is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. There are several other places in the city where you can get better deals. Im not just saying this to hurt the company. I was not fired and I was not treated badly but I cant stand to see customer continually come in here and get cheated because we know theyre usually desperate for a vehicle and no other place will give credit. This is why I left the company. Im tired of the BS. If you educate yourself youll find that there are other similar buy here pay here companies that will get you approved for a fraction of the price and less of a hassle.

The people that I dealt with at J.D. Byrider were absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was great. The salesperson that I met with was Jasmin Buchannon. Upon greeting you, she is warm and inviting. I was extremely nervous coming in because of everything that I had going on, in addition to the worry of not being able to get a vehicle. As we began to talk, she helped me to feel more at ease. They were able to work with me, and made me feel comfortable with this purchase of my vehicle. At this point, I couldnt be more happier. I am now looking positively at my future. Thank you J.D. I have never had a problem with this location I thought the superviser Steve was a nice gentlemen to me. But today 3/1/17 i jad my car tow to J.D Byryder on 2/24/17 with my cheif complaint that my car was not accelerating and every time I step on the. Has it would make this loud noise. Needless to say I get a call Tuesday letting me know that my car was finish. So i picked up on 3/1 my car was not fix at all, I can not drive my car once again and Ill have to pay for another tow to them because if I drive my car its sounds like it well die. So NO I am not please at all.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! Bought the most junky vehicle from them! Has stayed broke down more than it has ran!! Cant even get my license plate after 4 months!! And now my engine is blown after 4 months of only driving 11 thousand miles more on it! Services center is rude and dont care to listen! Ill never buy from Jd byrider again! I was told to stay away and decided to give them a try anyways and regret it everyday! When it comes with needed something quick theyre are good at that with down payments other than that its like a gamble game!

Came to JD BYRIDER with not so great credit at all in need of a good dependable new but used vehicle with affordable Payments. Not only did I get a great car I love , but one I could afford the payments on. On top of that I got great customer service. I felt I had a team working just for me on my side in my best Interest. I was very well taken care of, not just being sold a car. I want to give a HUGE Thank You to Drew and Jasmin. Their time, effort and service was above and beyond a sales team. Thank You JD BYRIDER.
