I purchased a gently used Subaru Forester from them. It was obviously well taken care of, but the car had nearly the entire engine rebuilt with OEM parts before being put up for sale. The car was also cleaned thoroughly. They were great to deal with, up front about everything, and did not try to push you on to a vehicle. A week after buying my car, the alternator went bad. Despite the warranty I purchased not covering electrical, they fixed it for free. Unfortunately, the new alternator was bad as well. They fixed it one more time, and even verified that the electrical system was healthy. Both times the car was gone less than a day. Most used car dealers Ive interacted with are pretty sleazy and just trying to make a buck. Crossroads actually tries, and succeeds, in making sure the customer is happy. If I ever buy a used car in the future, Im looking here. Although they did such good work on mine I think its gonna last at least another 13 years!!

No hassle, laid back, and they didnt try to sell me unnecessary things. All of the cars on the lot were super clean. They gave me a better trade value than what I had been offered at 3 other places. Other dealers that I went to called and emailed me nonstop, which is aggravating, but not these guys. They are very easy to talk to and were willing to answer any questions I had during and since my vehicle purchase. They also did a great job finding the best financing deal for me and offered warranties of various lengths for purchase, but were not pushy in the least regarding the warranties. I love my new used car! I went based on the Google reviews and I was not disappointed!

These guys are great to work with, very personable and upfront about their vehicles. I’ve bought two from them so far that were remarkably clean and will gladly go back for the next. You can tell they care about their business and their reputation the second you pull on the lot. Crossroads is much better experience than the large corporate dealerships where salesmen are there for a check and selling to meet their quota.

Super easy and quick car buying experience. They let you test drive vehicles on your own without a sales rep in the car, and there were no pushy sales tactics. I walked in, test drove, inspected the vehicle, offered a price (which was met with a reasonable counter), re-countered that price which was accepted, then spent 15 minutes doing paperwork and left.

Walking around the lot you can see that they care about what they sell, its a comfortable environment, cars are in good shape, no dead batteries or flat tires like so many careless used car lots. Do not buy a car from these folks. I bought a vehicle and with in 1 month had to replace the transmission, the cd player, it has all kids of electrical problems. Definitley buyer beware. They dont return calls. POOR POOR customer service
