I LOVE THIS COSTCO! We just moved to the SW and I wasnt real happy about changing Costcos. I am a creature of habit and have shopped at the Rosedale location for years. Once I started giving this location a chance and started shopping there a few times, they won me over with their customer service! I went for a specific shelf that was a terrific buy. Much to my dismay, when I arrived, they were sold out. I had an associate come up to me, introduce himself, asked if I needed help. Not only did he call the other Costco and find out details, he notified me, there was another shipment coming the next day. I left and went over to the other store where they said they had over 100 of these shelves in stock to find, they didnt have any. I arrived the next day at Panama location to find, the shipment was in and I was able to purchase 7! My next great experience was with the pharmacy. They had all of my prescriptions sent over from Rosedale store and filled within 6 hours! I would have to wait 2-3 days to have them filled at the Rosedale store. Upon purchasing my prescriptions, the pharmacy tech asked me to fill out a Costco prescription card. I found out, any medication not covered by my insurance, would be discounted by filling out this card. I have had a certain prescription filled for over a year at the other store and nobody bothered to tell me about this program. My payment of $37 went down to $16 because someone took the time to do their job. I am definitely going to continue shopping here. Lastly, this location isnt nearly as busy as the other. Lines at the check out typically run 2 to 3 people deep here. I am in and out, FAST!
