So now Costco has an automatic sauce dispenser. Which I dont like at all. I like my pizza hand sauced. By using a machine you waste so much sauce and youre also taking peoples jobs because Pizza tosser is a position. I will never eat at Costco again because of this fact also they have changed their prices and ingredients to their berry smoothie which is ridiculous. Costco has always had the best smoothies an the best pizza and now it doesnt have anything but bulk stuff ... I also noticed it doesnt look like theyre using any code with this sauce machine . when I was at the location I could see nasty dirty bucket sitting in the so-called sauce dispenser..... I also noticed that there were about 50 pizzas sitting out with no cheese on them whatsoever just sitting out with sauce on them uncooked ...it doesnt sound very sanitary. And when I tried to inform the manager of the horrible changes in the store. The manager simply told me to slip a piece of paper into a suggestions / feedback box. there was No paper to write on and no pens. I dont know why this Costco is so difficult but this definitely isnt the first time. go to a different store .... and I really hope Costco sees this because I was a long-time customer when it came to the food in the smoothies and a lot of their products and now I am not going to be going there.

HEARING AIDE DEPARTMENT. What a mess! The Technician is not very knowledgeable and certainly not very professional. If his receptionist is not at her desk (which we find quite often), Mr Wall will not come out of his room to help. I could understand if he had a customer, but for the last three times there is no one in there. You have to wait until she returns, which one time was 20 minutes. He told us he doesnt like to come out of his "room" at all because he like the quiet in there. So you wait. After receiving my husbands hearing aids he was having quite a problem with them, so we returned for adjustment. He did a little something to them with no improvement. After the third time we were told there was nothing wrong with them. After a little argument he agreed that there may be a problem and return them for exchange. We received the new Aides and found out Mr Wall wasnt available to program them, so his receptionist said she did it! What a joke. We have since gone to a professional Audiologist, who programed them correctly and everything is great! I would NOT recommend having buying Hearing Aides at Costco simply because they dont have a professional available to adjust them correctly.

Mi tienda favorita siempre vengo de compras aquí y hasta ahora no tengo quejas de nada. La mayoría de los empleados están haciendo su trabajo lo mejor que pueden y no se puede esperar mas. Cuando tienes algún problema con cualquier producto Lo regresas sin problemas, en cambio cuando compras en otros lados es muy diferente. Los precios de la pizza bien barato y deliciosa. NO COMPLAINTS!

I love Costco, but this branch is disappointing! Try to avoid shopping here! Pharmacy employees are not helpful. They are rude and inpatient. Took too long to fill medication. Associates in customer service/membership department are the same mean, grumpy, snooty and rude people. They dont have same inventory as the Costco on Panama. This Costco has much less variety. Even the people who shop at this Costco are just a different kind of folks. They are way too entitled and will run you over in the parking lot (almost happened to me while carrying my 1 year old son!). I wish they could build a Costco further west of the 99 in hopes to get away from such impolite, ill-mannered, RUDE bunch of people.

This costco is terrible and rude! They dont provide enough people at the door to "check" receipts. So after spending 20 minutes in line before you get checked out, you can count on spending another 10 in line just to leave the building. Youre bottlenecked in there like cattle, but they dont care because they already have your money. At some point the better prices just arent worth the extra 1/2 hour spent standing in lines holding their costco fun size items. I think from now on, Ill just stick to buying gas where at least the line can be spent seated in my car.

I dislike how once its closing time they make every one check out and dont let us finish shopping i feel that if we are already in the store that we should be able to finish especially since we pay for our member ships there. When they werent letting us shop and making us go to the front the employee was being really rude and kept repeating the same line over and over again as if we couldnt understand even as we were walking away. When i called to speak to the manager about the employee he was also rude and didnt care to hear or fix the problem. Horrible service.

This costco is horrible and not respectful of individuals in need of service animals. They searched my service dogs bag without having a reason. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder so I was using the shopping cart to hold my service dog (in her bag), and workers told me I had hold or or walk her on a leash. No other store has ever done this to me! Very upset! And you have to show proof you are a Costco member before picking up a prescription, but you dont need to be to drop one off.

Even though it is just my husband and I, we do 90% of our shopping at Costco. The people are very accommodating and polite. We buy in bulk so we dont have to go shopping as often. We also buy appliances and furniture. We know Costco will back up any problems we might have with our purchases. The prices are great and we benefit from having an executive membership and an American Express. Plus we get a lot of money back for gas and our purchases. Thanks Costco

The store in general I like although some items that are not here we can find at Sams Club. The customers on the other hand are rude. Evidently some with kids figure that the store is a playground. Also, I know people are lazy when it comes to putting a shopping cart in the cart corals, but the store really does need more cart corals around the parking lot. Its a shame people cant walk a couple parking spaces to put a cart in the coral.

The folks here are wonderful. I got prescription glasses, Ian was great. Got new tires and the men were very good. I walked out of the store with a big purchase and was greeted by a wonderful young man and a kind man with a hat and sunglasses who helped me load my groceries. I was beyond impressed. I tried to tip them but they wouldnt have it. My favorite Costco, by far. Thank you for being great people in this hot heat wave.

I went to this Costco to pick up some pizza we had ordered for work but the greeter lady at the door did not allow me to get in just to pick up the food order my co-workers had called in ordered. I had to wait until another coworker with a membership to arrive before being allowed in. Since when is this a rule?? Its the first time I get denied total entrance even for the food court. Ehhh. I wont be going back to this store.
