Learn more my wife and i just let Costco and i will not go back out there, after purchasing some stuff for our Christmas party the cashier told us that there was a $55 renewal fees was added to the bill so my wife told him that she feels like she just renew it about 4 to 6 month ago, he told us that we can pay for it and we should go see Member Ship customer service and they will refund us the money which we did go and thats when everything went down, we stood in line and an African American young lady was helping us and she had the worse attitude that i ever seen in my life, my wife told her the whole story and she said she will look it up and then i told her we just renew it but we dont have the receipt and i asked her since you guys scan the card every time we come in can you tell us when was the last time we were here since the cashier told us our member ship expired on November 30th of 2016 but we came in December and we bought some things and no one said anything about it, With a very getto voice and a horrible attitude she looked at me and said " is your name on the account? your name is not on the account " then i told her would you like me to shut up or something ? because thats what are basically telling me then i pulled my phone up and i took a picture of her and she didnt really care, her name is Talia if am not mistaken and am also attaching her picture and i advise you not to deal with her if you dont want your day to be ruined like mine on Christmas Eve

Im not saying its a bad store. Its costco and costco is great. BUT the employees really ruined this costco. Not all of them but the three that I had to deal with were rude. I was there to buy some pizza and I was gonna wait in line, because the lady in the front told me to(rude employee 1), to get a pass while the people I was with went to order. She went and told them they couldnt go in and they had to wait for me. After some lady came in and she was sent to the front of the line because she had a membership. When I went to the front to ask the guy at the counter he gave me a dirty look and went to help an employee and have a conversation with her before he helped me. And finally on that one same day when I was waiting for my pizza I asked if it was ready and I was told that she wasnt giving out while pizzas she was just there to help people who ordered slices. I would rather drive and extra 5 miles to get to the next costco than go here.

I like Costco only I wish they wouldnt move everything around every time I go in there. How many times do I have to visit the entire store to find foil baking pans? Where are the sausages I like? Cant the bread just stay near the bakery section, you know, like where the bread belongs? Other than that I go there to save money and end up spending half a paycheck when Im there, but lucky me I leave with a three month supply of cheese. I also have a bad habit of buying another package of reading glasses because they are such a good deal, even if I do have eighty pairs spread all over my house, my car, my office. Still, I will go back again and again because I love the challenge of not buying any clothes this time, or looking at the shoes. Good thing they have an EXCELLENT return policy.

My worst experience of Costco was at the Optical Department on Tampa AVE. they dont have enough staff, the process is slow, the waiting period for purchase or picking up glasses is the same. i ordered a pair of prescription glasses three week ago. they never called and told me that the glasses are ready. i went twice to find out about my glasses, each time the line was too long. the problem is that the pick up line and the purchases line are the same. while it is obvious that picking up glassed does not talk as much time as purchasing new glasses. i am sorry to say that i had much better service at wallmart optical department. All i know that i will not go back to Costcos optical department.

Very rude greeters! Simply wanted to go in and get food like Ive done several times before, and the greeter kicked me out of the exit entrance in a patronizing manner. Then I went to the actual entrance as I was "ordered" to, and the other greeter disrespectfully kicked me out for not having a Costco card. All of this could have been avoided, if the first employee would have simply told me I was not allowed in without a membership, but instead she BARKED ORDERS to me. I suggest COSTCO display a sign stating that only membership customers can buy food as oppose to letting me in some days and harshly kicking me out other days. If I could give this specific COSTCO no stars I would.

Costco, the meccah for shoppers anywhere and everywhere. Each costco has its own genuinitey and uniqueness. What you find at this Costco will be much different at another Costco. The other thing that makes Costco the place to shop is the food demos. Yes, its savory to think about such service to the patrons. But, it allows customers to taste the product before buying. I think thats a genius idea thought by Costco. Of course everything you buy here is in bulk.. So either you have a big family or make sure to buy bulk in non-food items if your a single person or a couple. It saves time and money for those wanting to save money.

This place was a zoo! Its always busy. Besides that, there were lots of free samples on the day we went and everything was well stocked. The layout is open, and it is a huge place. It only gets 4 stars because the items in the store can be hard to find. I like zero calorie drinks, and they were not near the gatorade...they were by the water and these two things were on opposite sides of the store. The keurig cups are near the shoes. They might want to revisit the way things are grouped in the store. Im surprised chicken wasnt with the protein shakes while the hamburger wasnt with other meat.

No hay buena distribución de los productos descripciones . Para que las compras se hicieran con mayor facilidad, por eso se acumula mucha gente por el tiempo de búsqueda.y está muy lleno. Hace falta más organización de batidos los productos. Por eso uno la piensa para ir a la tienda Cosco.

Horrible customer service, Female I spoke with. I called to ask question about tile and I was still talking & she just hangup. So rude. And all she say is "Im not sure...Im not sure" she sound like dont want to be disturb. I wish I get her name but as I mentioned. She just hangup on me. Horrible. I wish theres 0 star so I dont have to put star on it. They should get rid of those people because it ruins the Costco reputation. I dont usually complain and this is the first time I wrote review.
