Scott is a horrible person. I was on vacation heading to Las Vegas and this guy was treating me like a junkie drug addict because I was filling a script for opiates. Fresno is an awful place anyway, even to travel through. Caused me serious problems. When I finally got my script faxed over to them, Scott tried to say it wasnt signed, This was after he had done everything to keep me from my script. It was signed and Scott was just being an jerk. Scotts evil twin - The pharmacist at Santa Rosa Costco, had written on the script because my Dr. doesnt write clearly (whos does?); she couldnt read how it was supposed to be administered (now if its 60 pills for 30 days, wouldnt that mean twice a day. My Dr. had just written as needed in his chicken scratches. But again, the Santa Rosa people knew I was on a trip and wanted to mess with me, again treating me like some junkie drug addict, because it was for Percocet. Horrible people. Then they told my Dr. some BS story, that I was harassing THEM! And my Dr. cut me off. Ive been taking this medication for years so Thanks to everyone at Costco for **** me over.

Im usually a fan of Costco, but this one in particular has tried my patience on too many occasions. Employees are rude and slow moving. They check your card every opportunity they get, even when youre just using the food court, which is annoying, especially if youre on a limited time schedule. I was running errands for my mom who was recovering from surgery and thought to use her card for purchases I was making for her. Nope. They kept the card. The only way they would return it was if she physically came to pick it up. (Did I mention she was recovering from surgery?!) As if all that wasnt enough, the cashier then tried to convince me to purchase my own membership. I mean really? Why would someone need more than one card per household? Oh, unless, of course, it was to prevent them from taking your card away in order to extort more money from you. (Mind you, Ive never had this problem at any other Costco.)

I dont shop at Costco because I believe I shouldnt have to pay a business $100+ a year just to shop at your store, but boy do I love the food court which is only reason I go there and Im leaving this rating. I love the polish dogs and how it includes a beverage with ($1.50 total) and my fiance loves the cheese pizza slices as well since shes a vegetarian. The fruit/coffee smoothies are also delicious and the chicken bakes are so good! Last but not least the ice cream sundaes are the best thing to have on a hot summers day and we tend to have too many of those in Fresno, CA. So this rating is geared more towards the food court than the actual store because you dont need a membership card to eat there. One word of advice is take your food to go, the eating area is always packed with people and especially parents who let their kids run wild and create chaos.

Great place, poor food service, poor customer service. I asked a staff where the handheld radios were, she told me they dont carry them anymore. I asked another staff behind her where they were located, and he pointed them out to me across the store and she ignored it. Have you ever been to a store where you get 50% of the answers, then they tell you its on aisle 23, and you dont know which aisle youre on? This is the place to go. Not to mention the 1.5 hour wait for a pizza, just to find out they had the pizza you ordered sitting on the heat rack for an hour, coupled with the 10 minute wait to get gas. Great prices, logistics problem.

This Costco is convenient, right off of Highway 99 and not too far for us Madera folks. I shop here regularly, more than the grocery stores in town. They have great deals on everything from produce to prepared meals, and non-food items like electronics, stamps, movie tickets, etc. You also cant beat their prices on medications, gas, or tires and where else can you get a huge hot dog and soda for $1.50? And an entire prepared chicken for $4.99. They have an executive membership option where you get back a percentage of the money you spend each year. I have this and the membership pays for itself year after year.

If I could...ZERO STARS!!! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE customer service in photo department and general sales questions. Service Rep Linda -- awful, awful person: cuts you off when asking a question, just slams the phone without saying good bye. People in photo department doesnt even wait for you to finish talking before saying "No we dont have it," meaning they didnt even check, when I know they have it in stock. Hello, I was just there earlier that day!! Hope karma bites you in the butt. Merry Christmas...you crappy people.

Well,im so disappointed at Costco so I bought my food all the time with my family we order a pizza so told us its a hour wait. So we leave and unpack our food to the car. So we waited for an hour no problem. When a hour came up I go they told me I couldnt go in with out my Costco card Im like I just bought a pizza and the fat employee that looks like a man with tattoos told me you still need ur Costco card Im like w.e and I left knowing that I payed all ready.

I left a comment at the store. But this worth repeating. My son and his girlfriend bought waterpark tickets at Costco when we arrived at the waterpark we realized they were for the wrong park. My son called Cosco explain the situation and they help them swap the tickets out no problem within 30 minutes we were in the park enjoying our day. Thank you customer service at Costco youre awesome and may three grandchildren thank you as well.

Ive been eating at the Costco food court without a membership for years. I tried to eat at this location like I have at numerous locations and was told very rudely by their exit greeter( 9/27/16 ~6pm) that "this location chooses not to serve people without membership cards" with the most smug look on her face. Costco just lost me as a customer.. Keep loosing that market share to Amazon.

I always love going to Costco to stock up for my house full of boys. The local grocery stores cant compare to the deals you find @ Costco! How can you beat $2.99 for a 40 pack of water. (even though sadly they were completely out this week when I went) cant forget about the samples my boys always love to try so we can find new foods to buy. (Major weakness damn you Costco!)

I am a long time Costco shopper. They have prices unmatched on staples like produce, milk and butter, and cleaning supplies. One thing I know is that I trust the quality of what Costco sells. Hands down Ive very rarely been disappointed with the product quality or the value for my money. Ive even used their optometrist and eye glasses department and loved that too!

This Costco sucks!!!! I go to the one in Clovis all the time and was never required to have a membership card just to go to the food court. I walked into this one and the lady told me I cannot enter without a membership card and I was only going to the food court. She even said the one in Clovis is wrong for doing that. Go to another Costco!!!
