This is my first experience with discount tires and it has been a journey. First, I came to purchase 4 new tires at 8:00 am on a weekday and there was a line outside the door. All of the people waiting were former customers who spoke highly of their products and service. When the doors opened, we all were immediately helped. Due to my tire size they only had a 235 but it was within the specs of the vehicle. Within 45 minutes I was on the road. Unfortunately, I found the tire was rubbing on both front tires on sharp turns and backing out of tight parking spaces. I drove the vehicle to Discount tires within 5 days of purchase. I was greeted by the salesperson who sold me the original tires. He looked at the tire and said we will replace the tires, no problem. Because they did not have my tires in stock, he upgraded me to a better performance tire at no charge. I am very pleased with upfront customer service!

I run Rons Automotive here in Gallatin, TN. We repair all types of cars from antiques to the newest cars and trucks. We dont offer tire services and one of the reasons that we dont is that it would be hard to compete with the great service that Discount Tire offers. They have treated our clients very well over the years. When customers hit something and damage the tires Discount Tire gives you hassle free warranty services. They work quickly but the employees take pride in getting their work done quickly with high quality. I went today and had my personal tires replaced and they gave me the same great service. We will continue to recommend all of our clients that need tire services to Discount Tire and I will continue to use them for my personal vehicles as well. Discount Tire is a good example of a well run American company.

I cant say enough good things about this Discount Tire location! I have been doing business here for years and have had many cars in their shop. The service is always exceptional and the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful and resolve your issues as quickly and affordable as possible I have had many interactions with one employee in particular named Chris. He is always extremely professional and despite the numerous amount of people he sees on a daily basis he always remembers me. If you are looking for a local place for tires thats fast, friendly and wont take advantage of you make this place your home!!

I cant come up with the words to describe my experience with this company. I think the best I can do is relate what happened... (in short) I was next door at Lowes getting some supplies. When I came out I discovered the flat tire. They close at 6, I came out of lowes close to 7. Of course they were cleaning up getting ready to go home. They had gone out of their way to take of me and my car!!! Discount tire is by far a great place with awesome customer service!!! I always come here for whatever tire needs I may have!!! Thanx to all the guys at discount tire!!!

Hands down an awesome tire store with awesome members working as a team! I was waiting on my car when I got phone call stating my daughter needed emergency medical attention & as soon as I was out of my seat, stating I had an emergency, my tire was fixed & back on & my keys were in my hands way before I was even done talking to my husband saying I was taking her to the er! & they did it all in friendly, professional manner!

I had a flat fixed for free and twice theyve checked for a low tire pressure dash light and took care of me for free. All of the guys there were hustling (in a good way, as in working hard). Tomorrow Im headed there to get a new set of tires. This kind of service policy is what makes for lifetime customers and the word of mouth marketing as a result is far better and less costly than normal advertising channels.

I love Discount Tire. I come frequently for rotation and all staff is friendly and courteous. The tires are affordable. I purchased insurance on my tires and the next week I hit a tool that had fell off a work truck and sliced my side wall. It was covered under the insurance so it was replaced for free and I just had to buy insurance on the new tire. (approx. $20). I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

The service and honesty of the employees at Discount Tire is impeccable!! I needed one tire replaced immediately and they fixed it. I will be going back to them to get my other three next month. They are kind, honest, fast and courteous. To top it all off the chairs are comfortable and they have free bottled water. Thanks so much. They just earned a lifetime customer!

Seems like every time I come here they take 2hrs to do anything. It took me 1.5 hrs to get a tire plugged and then it took over 2hrs to get two new wheels put on. Each time I came in they told me it was a 2hr wait and the first time they were done a little before 2hrs. The second time however it took them almost 3hrs

Stopped in to get my tires rotated and a bad air/tire monitor sensor replaced. Was told my tires were too bald to rotate, which actually didnt surprised. Was told my sensor didnt need replacing, just needed air in the tire. Filled up all tires and I drove off with my car telling me to service tire monitor sensor!

Man, I love Discount Tire. This is my local store and the employees always very friendly and professional. They are very quick, usually not there longer than 45 minutes. Ive bought my last 4 sets of tires from here and dont plan on going anywhere else.

I had just bought 4 used trailer tires and 1 was flat and had water in it. They removed the water, inflated all 4, checked for leaks added the missing stem caps and didnt charge me a dime!!!! Will take all my tire business to them from now on.
