~•~ PLEZ READ THIS PEOPLE ~•~ Ive had good experiences at every Walmart and it ALL DEPENDS on the person or employee thats giving you service right ? SO, The MAIN issues that we all struggle with is almost always an employee that has little training and a LoT of pride. Its almost always a female that would RATHER DIE than to ask for help, (thanks to the extreme greed of the big owners, theres usually no help or back up and if there is a CSM, it takes a long dreadful time for them to respond) So, WHY is there an EPIDEMIC of these gals that would rather fight Mike Tyson than to admit theyre wrong or simply DONT KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING. YOU, the customer will always wind up being shorted of your time, money, & inconvenienced !!! ITS LACK OF GOOD TRAINING. ALSO, THIS Walmart in LaVergne has a certain type of lady employees that stock and work at customer service that are not courteous at all. They do everything their way and actually MAKE UP POLICY AND RULES as they go along to fit whatever mistake or wrong doing theyve done. They dont have to be polite, just stop being rude & disrespectful to humble customers, ESPECIALLY to other lady customers that are pretty. OMG they are SO jealous of other ladies if theyre attractive at this Walmart!! People WE ALL NEED DO REVIEWS AND SPEAK UP ABOUT THESE PLACES. ALSO, Be careful if you get a refund here at this one because if you swipe your debit card for a refund, the above mentioned type of lazy employees, are giving you a receipt that shows it credited money to the card, but she cancels it somehow. (and if you have text service showing your card it will say the balance & the amount credited but the new balance never goes up, it stays the same) Then she may remind you it takes so many days to go on there, but it never did. Because right after giving you the receipt, she cancels it and shows that she paid it in cash. This leaves the drawer correct for the count and she puts the cash in her pocket !! Its the ONLY explanation that we can find and if you contest it, a week or two, it SO makes you look like your trying to get money and lying about not getting the cash. This girl caused overdraft fees, and a lot of grief and the only thing we can do is hope they will look back.on video and have this girl and whoever else, prosecuted. Dont just fire them. Because Walmart hires these guys that seem to struggle at impressing gals and probably own bigger pepper spray assault rifles than Dog the bounty hunter. They took down a petite young lady and her boyfriend playing the claw machine and rented a movie in the lobby while waiting on their parents. She had taken a bite of the popcorn chicken from the deli and her boyfriend was questioned if he had receipt for the "fubu" shoes he was wearing & he said you cant take my shoes cause my mom will get really mad and you dont want to deal with that. They evidently prosecuted her for the bite of popcorn chicken although it didnt change the price ? The mom shows up and tells the 15 yr old looking security boy that if they were doing their job, theyd see he wore those shoes coming in !! They let him alone but his girlfriend was taken to the back somewhere and the police showed up so?? The girl was probably nervous on her date it seemed, really Walmart ? Poor training leads to a permanent record for this girl ?? Again too much pride.. Shameful !!

This is the worst company i have ever worked for in my life. I work for this company since 2012 and it has been nothing but problems with them. I thought things may have changed since i moved back home to tn. So i thought i would go ahead and give them another try. Well with just the short time that i had been with them nothing has changed. The store manager debbie cox is one the most ruddiest people i have ever met in my life. She doesnt know what she is doing as store manager. Every time i would just want into the store i would say hello or speak to her and she would just give me and everyone else the most hateful look. Not only that her managers at the store dont even know know what they are doing. She allowes her managers to treat her employees like they are nothing. So im happy the fact that i will never work for this company again. I will never suggest anyone to work for this company! This company is horrible all the way around! I will never spend another 1$ there. If it was up to me there wouldnt anymore walmarts in this world.. They are nothing but liars and shity people to get this lil bit of power and dont know how to use it!

This store has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Walmart store. Several items were not priced at all so I had to go to the customer service desk. The people who worked there are rude and condescending. Im disabled and I cannot stand in one place for a long time, so I sat on the edge of the counter. The woman who was working there acted like I was sitting on her kitchen table and ordered me to get off. I told her that I was disabled and I would be happy to if she gave me a chair or stool that were right there next to her. She refused, and she continued to order me to get off the counter. She was arguing with me about that and she was not even helping me with pricing the items. The manager saw that she was arguing with me and he didnt even stop her. I will never go back there again. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for this stores treatment of a disabled person.

Poor management, new store and hateful customer service, they had a price tag wrong on an item at the register and Shani the manager said we couldnt buy 2 of them because we were together, what joke they tagged it...Then to show management skills right in front of us goes and rips off the tag...i think if I was corporate I would consider new management. Not only the false tagging but to treat customer in the way she did, it was unprofessional! Never will return to that store. I guess Shani, you should learn work ethics and to honor your stores prices...I really hope management considers your employment and not only mistreating customers but your condescending attitude towards your employee that was asking you for help.

This is the best Walmart Ive ever been in, if it is in *utt-crack La Vergne. Employees are always friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable, customers are friendlier, store is clean, stock is always properly located and is promptly re-stocked, many many items are now available in La Vergne which used to require a trip to Antioch (Smyrna never stocked them). They even have some newer products that other area retailers dont know exist yet. This Walmart is a big plus for La Vergne, I hope it stays that way. Now if they would get cordless phones with in-set call blocking they would truly be heroes.

I normally love this store, but today, not so much. I had bought some cargo pants in Smyrna and Murfreesboro on sale for $13. I bought all they had in my size. I decided to go by this new La Vergne store to see if they had any. They had 2 pair in my size but they were the regular price of $19.97. I asked at the service desk about the price difference and was told that they may not have been marked down yet. They said they dont price match between stores and I would have to pay full price if I wanted them. I left them there. Im retired and $7 a pair is a big difference for me.
