I expected better pricing. There is quite a great selection. The "sale" prices are always (almost) the same in store. About $100 cheaper in store than online. They do offer layaway and credit financial assistance. Me and my boyfriend did buy a couch and are pleased with the purchase. They ordered us a new one which was preferred and necessary for our want of color and direction of chaise. But the associate at the desk wasnt very friendly and obviously wanted out. It WAS closing time so I do uderstamd a bit, but we bought an $800 couch. Some smiles would be nice.

My first time here, and Im a fan. The salespeople were really helpful and friendly, they were never pushy if we said we didnt need help, and they were very helpful if we had questions - walking us to the furniture piece, letting us know other options, looking up pricing on custom upholstery, etc. I ended up buying (2) Sofas, and am very happy with the pricing and the sofas themselves. Very positive overall and Ill definitely be back.

Went to check out some memory foam mattresses and found they had just a handful on the floor. They do have a good selection overall of furniture and other bedding, and their staff seemed to be relatively knowledgeable. The reason for the lower rating is that they have no mattress return policy, all sales are final for bedding. Buying a $1000 dollar mattress sight unseen with no return policy? No thanks.

This place is in the "blow my mind" category. I bought my living room furniture there last year and got exactly what I wanted, when I needed it to arrive and got the best prices I thought were available for comparable furniture anywhere, if not better. My living room gets incredible compliments from everyone who visits. Count me among the happy customers.

BEWARE! They are nice till they get your money! You wait months for your items and when they finally get here they are damaged and they dont do anything about it! The manager ERIC is horrible! Nobody there keeps their word! Shop else where

Good prices come at a cost. Sales people stand at the register unless you stand in line to grab one and request they help. Ive bought a couple items but most people wont deal with the attitudes and time constraints like me.

Mike was absolutely fantastic. They didnt have the item I saw online in stock for pickup and I was in a time crunch, so he helped me pick out a comparable item. The quality is great and prices are better.

Shop there regularly. Staff know me by name. They always are knowledgeable and take the time to answer any and all questions. They sell a lot of Ashley furniture for prices cheaper than Ashley does.
