Overall the price on the sofa and chair I purchased was fair. The service is much less than satisfactory. I planned on picking my new furniture up myself since I thought paying extra for delivery after spending $1000 dollars was ridiculous. I was told I would get a call when my furniture arrived and was ready to pickup but I did not. Not a huge deal but seems like a very simple thing to forget. The major issue is when I picked up I found that the furniture I purchased was still in the factory packaging. Wheres the problem with that? Since I have kids and dogs I decided to spring for the service contract that includes a Scotchguard type of application. How do you apply the product without taking it out of the factory packaging you ask? You dont. This was confirmed by the store manager Todd who asked me to come by and pick up the stuff to spray on myself. When I come in to pick it up he not only couldnt muster the decency to remember a concerned customers name he then proceeds to hand me a half full bottle of who knows what in an "empty bottle that was laying around". They really expect me to do this myself after I spent EXTRA on this service being performed for me! Its like hiring movers and having to load the truck yourself! After they inconvenienced me and didnt do what I paid for the best he can come up with is this. This place is an absolute joke. This is far from my first major purchase and I can promise my next home furnishing purchase will NOT be made here. Not to mention several of my 20 somethings friends looking to fill their first homes with furniture will not be recommended by me in any way to spend a dime in any of these stores unless this is made right. If you do decide to do business here make sure you keep an eye on every detail. I have a sneaking suspicion this may happen often but I just happpend to catch on. I feel dooped and disrespected and I hope your experience is far from mine. Again, keep a watchful eye on this group.

I picked out a furniture piece, went to the counter to pay for it. The lady that waited on me was not friendly at all, didnt speak to me unless I spoke to her. She was too busy worrying about getting her "monthly report" done than she was about me, THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF HER. When she told me the price, it was actually 100 bucks more than I thought the ticket price said. I then stated I had to get with my husband to see if he wanted to still make the purchase. The man sitting next to her, who talked to me about the furniture to begin with, told her to take 50 bucks off the price. She gave him a no look, he walked away. She continued to do her "monthly report" why I stood there waiting for the price. I asked her about the fifty off, she told me the price, which not had changed. On my way out, I asked the man about it and he stated he thought it was a different price. Very unprofessional to do that with a customer standing in front of you. Rude, unfriendly people. Ive purchased items there before, but never again. Lost some business today. Word of mouth means a lot!

We stopped in Furniture Liquidators in Jeffersonville on June 6th. Barbara Dunn assisted us in finding a new couch and recliner. She was very knowledgeable about their furniture and informative. We wanted furniture made in America and she showed us exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly and was not one of those pushy sales people. We were in and out in an hour. Our furniture was just delivered (the next day!). The delivery men were very efficient and careful with bringing the furniture in and through the house Definitely will be back!

Ask for Tracy---she went way beyond what I expect for service! I was buying furniture for my disabled mom, Tracy spent a lot of time measuring to make sure things would fit in her apartment. She made sure mom had things that she liked and was comfortable on. I WILL be back and I Will ask for Tracy again!
