I tend not to write negative reviews about places that I go, and give people the benefit that they may just be having an off day. However, today we received such horrendous and embarrassing service that I feel like an honest review is warranted. We are in the market for some new nightstands and a sofa table for our new house. After having done several years of big purchases from Furniture Liquidators Home Center Kentucky/Indiana off of National Turnpike, we decided to take advantage of their Labor Day sale. I had gone yesterday to peruse, and today I took Aaron back to get his opinions. Our salesman, who I wont personally name, was the same both days. After looking around for awhile, we found a few pieces that we were interested in. Our salesman seemed to be slightly frustrated with having to check inventory stock on these different pieces, but he did it none the less. We have an open line of credit through this store, so we were going to finance our purchase to take advantage of the sale going on this weekend. After giving the salesman my information, as well as my drivers license, he walked away to pull my information up and get our sale together. About five minutes later, from ACROSS THE SHOWROOM, said salesman loudly announced "Mrs. Stewart, I found your information but your credit was denied." Needless to say, the store is busy, several people turn to look at me to see who has the denied credit and I am thoroughly humiliated. I follow him back to his desk, where he shows me the account information and the big denial. The initial problem with this is that IT WAS NOT MY INFORMATION. This gentleman not only had my information, but also my drivers license. This woman he had pulled up had no matching information to my own. The second issue, is that I have now been embarrassed in a room full of strangers who are watching me and my family. When I told the salesman that I didnt appreciate having something like that broadcasted to the entire store (especially when the poor customer he was looking up was NOT me) he became very nasty and hostile towards us. After several years and quite a bit of money spent at this store, we will never be returning. I sincerely hope that management takes this post to heart and considers training their sales associates to be more courteous to their customers and more diligent and careful in researching different people in their systems. No one deserves to be humiliated like I was today, nor does some other woman deserve to have her credit information shown to complete strangers.

We have bought two bedroom sets and a living room set in two different transactions about a year and a half apart. Both times we chose with the help of Bill. Not once did we feel pushed towards a purchase. We have been 100% satisfied with Bill and his customer service. Our first delivery we had issues with not receiving a phone call and nails being hammered in at an angle on a bunk bed. However, our second delivery was wonderful and the guys were polite and very helpful. I would buy from Furniture Liquidators again and would highly recommend them to anyone. We are a middle class family and typically like to save up for bigger purchases and are happy that we have many price options to choose from with quality made furniture. Id also highly recommend you ask for Bill as he has been our go to and will definitely be in the future.

Ordered 2 Chocolate color recliners both to be protected sprayed. 5 Times they got it wrong on delivery. Waited month or longer? Finally backs of recliners snapped in I think? Yea. Been dealing with them for Over 40 years. You would think they would have it right by now.. Glenna Customer Relations Manager contacted me with the utmost politeness apologising for the problem, also is sending a gift certificate for what we experienced. We will use them again my parents purchased from them many times.

Blonde lady working floor and counter isnt at all nice is loud mouthed talked bad about employees and didnt care about costumers over hearing or the fact that the employee over herd her . My father and i was there dealing will bill he seemed nice and knew what he was doing. But other then this i wouldnt shop here .. this lady shouldbt6 be working here with that attitude i felt uncomfortable. For the fact i herd her talkin
