We called to inquire about prints for wedding invitations... We told them the sizes of the card stock we had previously purchased from another store. They told us that they could print these for us and gave us a price. When we got there, they rudely told us they could not print them... And would NOT give us an explanation until we asked why they could not print them... The girl would not even look at us as she was explaining. I will not be returning to this store.

That is funny that you posted that they dont answer the phone, I have been on hold waiting for someone to answer the line in the copy department for nearly 15 minutes. I called and talked to someone else and now am back on hold. Very frustrating!

Terrible customer service. The store was practically empty and five employees managed to ignore the fact that we were standing at the desk for 10+ minutes. Then acted annoyed when we asked to have something printed. Avoid at all costs.

Same as every other Staples, this store has all sorts of office supplies and I pretty much always find what Im looking for.

The store here is clean, organized and offers a great selection. Staff is not unfriendly but do not offer much assistance.
