Bought a mattress set and the salesman was helpful. Seemed to give us deals, but who knows if they really were that great? Anyway, he told us our cost per month and then it was higher when he showed me a second time. He said he added a cover that I did not say I wanted but he said he gave it for half price to protect the mattress and make sure the warranty stayed good, so I went with it but found it very sneaky. He said the delivery people would call around 10:30 to give me a window for delivery. They called at 8:30 am and woke me up to tell me theyd be there in an hour! Kind of upset me because my work schedule messes with my sleep and they woke me up 2 hours before I was told to expect them. On top of that, they didnt even deliver the cover and because all sales are final I cannot even take it off so now I have to find time go back up there and pick it up myself! The mattress is great but the business is a bit shady. Im not sure if I should blame the delivery guys or the salesman for the error. Either way, they messed up.

Bought a mattress from here right after Christmas 2010. Got it delivered quickly, salesman was very helpful. By February, there was a large hump in the middle of the mattress. 3 Calls and voicemails to these guys later and nothing is done. Terrible service, and now I have a defective 2 month old mattress that they wont fix. Their 10 year warranty isnt worth crap. Update September 2012: Ive had this mattress replaced a second time. Each time their warranty involves paying more fees. Now on the third mattress, its as soft as a pillow and worthless. Its literally fallen apart in less than a year, each time. I wouldnt buy ANYTHING from this company again.

Know everything you need to know about mattresses before purchasing here. They do not explain that the adjustable part doesnt come with the bed even though they are displayed with it. And they also dont show the bed put together as tall as they will be. The bed and mattress we purchased is so tall I have to climb up the footboard to get on it. Worst experience with furniture sales I have ever had. And when I called they said we just assumed you knew. If we knew then why would we have tried out the adjustable bed and not said I dont want the adjustable part? Seriously!?

Derrick was absolutely wonderful working with me choosing a mattress. Ive got a bad back and neck. He spent his time with me picking one out that fit my budget. Ive never never been treated so well when purchasing anything. There was NO pressure to buy a more expensive mattress! I paid for it for over a year. He was kind, patient, and willing to work with me. Mattress and More ROCKS!!! I will tell everybody that I know to buy from the Clarksville store.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. This location is completely incapable of ordering a mattress from their warehouse and actually getting a delivered in any way shape or form. They will lie to you and break every deadline and promise they make. Be warned, do not attempt to purchase from this location

Derrick and Levon at the Mattress and More Clarksville store are honest, knowledgeable and work hard to get you the best mattress for your money. They helped us purchase 3 mattresses and worked through a warranty claim. I would not recommend another mattress store.
