I needed signature stamps. I called the store at 2 in the afternoon and was assured they could accommodate me. Either while I waited or pick up in an hour. I left my name & phone number @3:40 pm with the understanding the stamps would be ready by 5pm. I went back at 7:30 pm expecting to pick them. Boy, was I wrong! First I waited in line (as expected and okay by me) only to be told they werent ready and I could pick them up tomorrow. I needed them at 6am for a class I was teaching. I explained that I called and was assured they would be ready. Otherwise I could have taken them to Yucaipa or Moreno Valley. The employee asked if I could wait 15 minutes while they unjammed their machine. I agreed to wait. The wait stretched on and on with ocassional reassurance they were working on the stamps. At this point three people were working on it. Finally at 8:55 pm they said we cant do it today our machine is out of ink. Really, I said, that is an oxymoron...an office supply store runs out of ink. This is crazy. I could have gone somewhere else had they called me and let me know earlier. The excuses were: It wasnt in the book. We have a new manager working in this department and they dont know all the supplies needed. Our machine jammed and I needed someone to help me unjam it. The final excuse "we ran out of ink" at 8:55 pm was beyond frustrating. NOW all the office supply stores are closed and I cant go anywhere else. Their solution was we can have them ready tomorrow. Someone can run over to Moreno Valley in the morning and get the ink. Beyond frustrated. Considering the continual errors on Office Depots part one would think they would have offered a discount, we will do them for half price, we will give you a 25% off coupon, something in an attempt to try and accomplish some sort of service recovery. Very unimpressed with the store and their excuses.

I have used their Faxing and Emailing services, each time the task was not completed. Missing pages or attachments not received by the party expecting the information. Was told that emailing is a courtesy and that they cannot guarantee the email/attachments will get there! Asked why customers are not advised of this and was told that corporate does not allow their stores to post any kind of notice or advise customers. The very first time I used them a few months back it was taxes that I was emailing and the email address the clerk typed in was wrong!! Talk about confidentiality issues. Fortunately the emailed used was not a good email.

Worst experience I have ever had in any store realistically , do not come here if u do not want to be sexually harassed this was a horrible experience and when I needed assistance they were no help inside the store , there is a man that drives a old track hanging out in the store taking pictures of women stay away

After taking more than what is necessary time filling out their photocopy form, then paying for it online, I go down to pickup my paid items and I have to wait in line? They need an express line where all you need to do is pick something up. Not wait behind people trying to explain what they want.

Store well stocked. Personnel more than helpful. However, PARKING LOT HORRIBLE...parking near impossible. Way too many panhandlers/vagrants walking around, hitting up shopper for $$$$. Not safe.

Wow what a great store. People there are amazing. I love walking into the store its well stocked and clean. They have a copy center that ships UPS and postal mail which saves me tons if time.
