The woman that greeted me when I walked in was a sweetheart... BUT I go in with my Flashdrive and theres a few people ahead of me for prints. The girls acknowledge me and say theyll be right with me. So I smile and say thanks. Then some other lady comes after me all hesitant and stands RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER. They tell her theyll be right with her too, the girls knew she came after me... While the girl is helping some guy she grabs the ladies picture and makes copies....like, couldnt you have at least ASKED me if I was okay with it? I was there first and just because hers was more convenient you do it first? That really boiled me up..I waited like 20 minutes for THAT and walked out enraged. I wasted my entire break waiting for NOTHING! Never going back there again!!

The wait time just to fax was ridiculous, then the customer service person helping us was trying to help so many people that he would come back to us confused and forgetting what we were asking! They were extremely slow and unhelpful, and more expensive than staples!

Cashier swiped my card twice and I got charged twice! Its been over 45 days and we still have not received our money back! They stole my money and Ive had to jump through hoops to try and get it back. Beware. Bad management allowing such things to happen.

Called to see if they had any ink cartridges in store, left me on hold forever, never came back to the phone. When I called back they told me the system crashed and they had " more important" things to deal with. Thanks! $80 down the drain for you:)

Extremely happy customer! Went for a poster printout, had worked all night on photoshop doing it. Printed it, went home n hours later noticed an ink spot, called and Assistant Manager Pedro took care of me NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! Returning for sure!
