I have always only had absolutely the best service. The Copy Center works under a great deal of stress everyday and they are always courteous no matter how difficult their jobs seem to be. I would like to mention every one of them by name, but Im afraid I might leave somebody out. Staples as a corporation may have a few policies that I dont agree with you, but the people who work there implement those policies in such a way that is professional, courteous, and kind. I have seen them go the extra mile for people more than once. On Christmas Eve, even when they were trying to close down on time, they have gone the extra mile for me not only this last year but the previous year also.

The manager "Mike" was a screaming belligerent moron who could not be more unprofessional. If this is the caliper of employee Staples elevates to its manager positions I can see why everyone is going to Amazon. Ill take the shipping wait times over being bullied any day. Oh and someone really needs to wipe the sweat when he starts yelling. Staples, never again.

Took my laptop to update it, they say "it be ready the next day, we will call you" they never called me. I called them, but no luck. Sure they have unprofessional staff.... I just wont go back to staples, its been four days and I havent heard from them... very frustrating

I went to that place make copies so I asked for assistant set assistant manager help me making copies so the rip me off the charge me 30 sense verbatim just for them doing it instead of 9 cents so I dont know what to tell them your s***** service ribbon people off

I nearly purchase every item needed to run my transportation company & am pleased by the quality of service & friendly staff. Copy Centers work is great and quick! Taylor (Store Manager) certianly knows how to manage a great team!!

Great place to come and have documents printed out, especially since you can email them ahead of time and just pick them up already printed out for you.
