I came in to get a quote to fix my daughters iphone. One of the techs opened it up and said that a few of the clips that held the screen to the main body must have been bent but that the LCD was fine. He pressed it back together and charged me nothing for it. I was able to go to AT&T and they gave me $200 as a trade in for a new iphone 6 plus since it passed all the functional and inspection tests. I have been to Aplus 2 times now. Once to fix my wifes broken iphone screen and another time to replace my daughters shattered iphone screen.(They used OEM parts and not cheap knock offs) Both times I was able to get the phones back within an hour to an hour and a half. They are so generous with their time that when I came back to ask why my wifes iphone screen was not working.(She tends to just throw it in her purse and pile all her stuff on top of it) I just had to say that I had it fixed there and they opened it up and fixed it again. Most of the cost come from them using the OEM parts and they charge very fair labor cost. Much better than sending to Apple even with Apple care.

While spending some pleasant moments attached to iphone earbuds in the jacuzzi, I turned around to grab a towel and my iphone slid into the chlorinated jacuzzi. I dried it off immediately and tried all the remedies suggested on the Internet--dry it in rice, put silica packets around it, etc. When after 5 days, it was still not back to normal and wouldnt restore, I found Jerry after a google search. I was hesitant to part with my iphone, but when I met Jerry I felt at ease to hand it over for a hopeful repair. Knowing that water damaged iphones arent always able to be fixed, I was ecstatic when he called me back THAT SAME EVENING to say that my phone could be repaired. My phone is now syncd and back in full operation. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and competent--he is an EE by training and I would highly recommend him to everyone!! Its not often that you feel that youve discovered a local business gem in our community, but Jerry is terrific.

Dropped my iPhone getting out of the car today. First, I was so bummed because I thought I was going to have to pay a ton of new money for a new phone. Second, I thought I was going to have to battle the mall on Dec. 26th - the busiest shopping day of the year! So thankful that neither of those happened. I found APlus on google and walked down the road to see if they were open. They were. The day after Christmas, they were fixing iPhones! Took them about an hour to do it even though there were a few in front of me. Great service, reasonable price, very mellow atmosphere which took the pain out of a stressful situation. No driving (for me), no mall, no crazy apple store. Just a nice new screen which is beautiful. Love it! Thanks for fixing my phone!

I keep coming over and over again (because I keep cracking my iPhone) with these people because they are awesome and know what they are doing. They are reasonable in their pricing. I dont have anything to complain about them and I do have many compliments to them. I had taken my iMac to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. The girl their seem like she didnt know what she was doing or she hated her job. She looked at my computer and told me that the hard drive was bad even though her diagnostic said it was fine. I knew she was wrong so I took it to A1 and determined my video card was bad and replaced and wallah! Its good again. They saved our photography company! Thanks Aplus Electronics.

Amazing service!! Aplus diagnosed and repaired my 2012 Macbook Pro within an hour, and at a fraction of the price I was quoted at the Apple store! I was told that I need to have the motherboard of my computer replaced because it will not boot up even with a new hard drive. Turns out that the hard drive cable is bad. Apple quoted me $750 to replace the logic board. I am very happy that Aplus had all the parts in stock and they were able to expertly diagnose and fix my computer. Thank you Aplus Electronics!

I had a iPhone 5 with a cracked glass and damaged screen leaving me with no access to anything in my phone. After about a week of searching for options on repairing the damage my cousin told me about Aplus. I checked it out online and decided to give it a try. I have used Jerry twice now for Iphone repairs. The first was a cracked screen and the other was water damage...Apple would not repair either of these items. Jerry was able to see me immediately both times, and fixed my phone within 30 minutes. He is extremely efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. I dropped my 15" MacBook Pro and shattered the screen. I went to the Apple store and was quoted $450 plus tax for the repair. I found Aplus and they quoted me $179 and one day for the repair. I dropped the computer off at 10 am and the computer was ready by 2 pm the SAME DAY! I picked up the computer later that night and it looks like new. I was really impress by their professionalism and the QUICK turnaround time on my computer. I highly recommend Aplus!

#boom indeed! Awesome & Friendly! Quick and painless fix to replace my battery to my MacBook Pro. Way faster than the "3-5 days" at an unknown price at the Apple Store...because they couldnt tell me over the phone and "would have to look at my computer first". Saw the positive reviews & made a call. Aplus told me over the phone, the price and an estimated hour time to fix it...and it actually took less than 10 min here!

I thought my phone was fried after dropping it for the 100th time -- the screen was completely black and it wouldnt function except for making a noise when I plugged it in. Even the IT guy for my company had called in for replacement. I called Aplus because I needed an immediate solution and the assured me they could fix it with a screen replacement.
