I have purchased several pieces from this store in the past and today I was severely disappointed. We walked in to find most of the employees lounging on the sofas and another employee who I am guessing was the manager standing at the front desk with his nose in the computer. Other than a brief hello there was no effort to walk towards us to see what we needed, no getting up off the couches, no walking out from behind the counter, no warm smiles, and we helped ourselfs to the area that we were looking for. It wasnt until several minutes later that someone came to see us and if we needed any help. When I made a statement to him about his lack of customer service there was no apology, just defensive attitude. We will not be returning to this location.

After shopping every store in town where I was either followed like a hawk or not helped at all. I went to the FFO on Kearney st. My folks have bought there and told me thats where I should go. I walked in and was greeted as I walked in. The salesman then said hi to my special needs daughter and asked her if she would like a cookie and told her how pretty she was. I knew right then this was going to be the store I am going to buy my furniture from. We are looking for a sofa and loveseat or maybe a recliner. The salesman was very helpful and took the time to show us how the furniture was made. He even flipped it over and showed us the frame. I highly recommend this store. They will make you smile and make you happy to be there. WE WILL BE BACK......

I found I was in need of a recliner quickly due to family coming in from out of state unexpectedly. I stopped in at FFO and was pleased to find a large selection. Aaron, the friendly sales associate that greeted me, was very helpful as he pointed me toward some American-made recliners. He was very knowledgeable as he showed me each of their features and explained how it they were constructed. Overall, I felt he was more concerned about my needs rather than "up-selling" me to something more expensive. I was able to make a decision and ended up with a really nice chair that worked out wonderfully. I would easily recommend FFO to anyone. Ask for Aaron!

Just wanted to take a minute to publicly thank Bobby Dyson for helping my wife and I make a decision on a new couch for our new home. We felt very comfortable with Mr. Dysons product knowledge but also felt like he truly had our best interest and needs first and foremost. Over the years my wife have bought actually several thousand dollars of furniture from FFO and have never had a single problem that wasnt immediately taken care of to our complete satisfaction. Its been since October of 2016 I have been trying to get a new mattress becuz our old one was damaged. Today thanks to Bryan of FFO I finally got one, Bryan the first week he was manger at the store I called him about my mattress that we needed a new one and that day he called me back and said he would contact the company and let me know wht he could do for us. That was three weeks ago and tonight we are sleeping on our new mattress, thank you Bryan for being constant and getting the job done! Greatly appreciated. Vickie Powell

Bobby helped me with the purchase of a new sectional recliner today. He was very knowledgeable with his inventory, warranties, and any questions. He was very willing to help, and accommodating to find a recliner that fit my needs. I would highly recommend FFO, and Bobby for your next furniture purchase. I prefer to be helped when looking for furniture, but not pressured. Bobby did an excellent job of finding what I needed and letting me make the final decision. Thank you for your help.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon to buy some living room furniture for my new apartment. Phil was very friendly and helpful; he knew a lot about the furniture and helped me apply for financing quickly & painlessly. I ended up buying a recliner & loveseat (both in my favorite color) and he even loaded them in my moving van after the sale was completed! While I was there, I saw some very nice (and reasonably-priced) decorative items, so it is very likely I will be back soon!

I made the mistake of impulse buying a queen-size hollywood frame on the way to the movies and wound up with the wrong style. Then I called and asked about their return policy and they were so helpful, they even joked with me about it. With the box in tatters, some parts still attached, and crumpled instructions, and they let me exchange it for the right bed, anyway. It took all of 5 minutes and Mitch, along with the rest of the salespeople, were super.

Went to Kearney street store and was looking for new furniture and I found just what I wanted after I told the salesman he told me that it was much for me and I could not afford it, I was very mad and told him that I was calling KY3 and everyone else and he said so what. Well I did call BBB and they said they were going to check on it cause they have had 15 completes in a week I will never go back there I ended up going to Hanks and they were very nice

We came in here on a busy Saturday afternoon not sure what we wanted yet. Having three children with us I wasnt sure I wanted to tackle the furniture store. First walking in the door we were greeted but not bombarded by the salesmen. The employees were very attentive knowing exactly when to come over to help us. Having 3 kids running around everyone was very polite helping to entertain them while everything was taken care of.

Excellent customer service! I have many other stores I could choose to shop for furniture however I go out of my way to shop FFO Kearney because Im greeted with a smile and leave satisfied! The store manager and assistant manager will always go out of their way to find what Im looking for and I never feel pressure to buy. I will continue to do all my home shopping here!

Went above and beyond in customer service! We went to many stores before coming here, and will never go back to another store again! Terry and Bryan were amazing in setting up a living room for me! They stayed late and did an exceptional job! Please anyone looking for any new furniture go in and ask for terry! Exceptional customer service with no pressure!
