My wife and I had been in contact with Audra for some time. We had went on vacation, experienced some issues relating to our Dodge Dart needing warranty repair and setting us behind on going in and looking around. Audra made sure to keep in contact with us, even offered to stay late any day needed. She had the ball rolling for us the minute we walked in. She ended up having us set up to deal with Brent Morris, very nice guy, offered us anything we needed during our wait (got a free fortune cookie). Everyone was extremely friendly from the start , associating with us, holding the door, offering us a drink, the general stuff we had never experienced at any other dealership. We got there late on Thursday but Brent still showed us vehicles, took us on a test drive, we originally wanted a Kia Soul but he showed us other vehicles we hadnt even thought about just to explore our options. We ended up liking the Kia Forte, we picked the one we liked, and he told us he would contact us the following day to return to finish everything up. He stayed in touch, and on top of things. He got us every discount, and rebate he could. We went in Friday evening and he had everything ready for us, car detailed, paperwork ready to sign. He got the payment where we desired, and found us the perfect car. We are so happy to be in a Kia now, with more room, and better warranty. We love our Kia Forte so far! Thanks again Brent "Bluetooth" and all the Chantz Scott employees who greeted us, helped us, and congratulated us on our new Kia! You have earned my business for life! Thanks much, Tim Tabor

Reminds me of a Clint Eastwood movie. The Good: Wife and I bought a Kia Optima EX, nice car, lots of nice options like my Toyota Avalon had. The Bad: Asked them to send my credit application to Eastman Credit Union (biggest credit union in town, well known) where I have *ALL* of my loans and a good working relationship. Instead they come back with a story about Eastman wanting an extra $2,500 down, but Kia Finance will approve the entire amount. Was suspicious but it was late and the CU was closed so we signed just to get the car, over 5% interest rate, knowing I would refinance it the next day. Next day walked into Eastman and got approval for the full amount at half the interest rate to pay off the Kia Finance loan. Eastman says they never got an application from Kia of Kingsport. The Ugly: We have been getting denial letters (3 so far) (edit: now 4 as of 4/1/16) from banks turning down requests for a car loan. These are hard credit inquiries that drive down my credit score (was around 740, wifes at 770). Found on the rear of the Kia Finance paperwork that the dealership gets some sort of financial benefit for going through them... I imagine the same is true regarding the other financial institutions that I have been getting denial letters from, and it makes me wonder if they were looking for the greatest reward. If you buy a car from them dont make the same mistake I did. Have your loan pre-approved and ready to go from your favorite financial institution BEFORE walking on their lot.

Bought a Kia sportage in February of 2015, these salesmen build you up for a big disappointment..Was very satisfied with the vehicle, but the sales and finance service is very unbusiness like. THERES NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE..Your nothing to them once you drive the vehicle off the lot...Sold the vehicle in August called and spoke to finance department (Shawn) told him I needed to cancel my warranty he told me I needed to fax the sales paper into his office where I traded the car off.Might I add the finance manager from the other dealership was listening because she had to have payoff also..So I call Kia of kingsport to find out the status of cancellation of warranty and I was informed From Jake, that he didnt see anything on my cancellation and I would have to wait on Shawn to get back..I told him to take my number down and have him call me first thing the next morning, I was informed from Jake that" he couldnt promise me that Shawn would call me back first thing because there was other customers". Well I dnt think thats very unprofessional..You can never get ahold of anyone when calling Kia and you call Kia Finance there system stays messed up and you get hung up on... Needless to say I am a very unhappy customer and will not deal with Kia of kingsport or recommend them to anyone..

I bought a used Acura from Kia of Kingsport two weeks ago. Everyone on staff that I dealt with was so kind. My sales person was Steven and he was helpful but also laid back and not pushy which I really appreciated after dealing with different dealerships in my search for a vehicle. Both Steven and Jake worked to get me a great deal and I truly felt like they were being genuine in their dealings with me. A week after purchasing my car the tire went flat. I contacted Steven after the dealership was closed and he had someone call me that evening to set up a service appointment. The next day I took my car to be serviced at Kia of Kingsport and worked with John who was awesome! They took care of it with no problem and based on how I was treated I will continue to do my vehicle service with them. Kia of Kingsport truly cares about their customers and ensures that everyone has a great buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and to be treated well through the process. Thanks again !

I could not get service from the service department. I filled out the online service request form requesting an oil change, then waited for a phone call... Several days later, since I had heard nothing, I called about 9am and got a general voicemail box... I left a message.... heard nothing back that day... I called back next day, got transferred to service, no answer and got a different voicemail box this time. I left a message, then got frustrated, so I hung up, got in my car and drove over immediately... I walked in and essentially asked what the problem was. They worked me right in and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the excuse they had a new online system that was being put into place... An apology was also given for the unreturned/unanswered phone calls. If you want service, go in person to setup your appointment or take it to another Kia dealership. I love my Kia, btw...

Ive been looking to sell my car (trade-in) to a dealer that would give me what my car is worth, and Ive been to three different dealers including Mazda and Honda, but it wasnt until I decided to drive out to Kia of Kingsport that I met Trey Williams. From the moment that I first talked to him on the phone, he was kind and considerate and was actually listening to my needs, and what I was trying to achieve. From the moment that I arrived he was attentive, and did all of the things that you would hope for, when dealing with a car salesperson. As time went on, and we were negotiating the deal, he truly went to bat for me to get me the best offer possible. Trey and the team at Kingsport Kia earned my business, and he worked hard to ensure that my needs were met in every way possible. I highly recommend Trey, and the Kia of Kingsport team for anyone looking to lease or purchase a new car.
