I have been shopping at this location since it opened in the early ninetys. I have always written checks used cash debit and credit cards. I was in your store 6-11-2016, I spent 107.00 in groceries. I was told I had exceed my limit. WTH does exceeding my limit mean????. I was told to go to customer service and was asked if I have ever written a check here before. I told the lady I had been coming way longer than she had been here. They pulled me over to customer service they ran my check routing number etc, I had people staring at me and a basket full of groceries. I had never been treated like that before. The lady then told me my limit had been raised. I have spent into the thousands in this store never have I ever been treated this way, I told the lady that I would know from now on not to spend over a hundred dollars here in this store,she said well they did raise my limit. I thought about this all weekend long, and what I should have done is tell your store to shove these groceries and walk out. So I am informing you I will not ever step foot into your store again, I will shop at Kroger or Walmart. YOU need to post this on your door or send emails or something to inform people if they do not shop there enough or write checks regular basis they will get the same treatment. Thank you. I used to shop there until an incident that occurred on Sunday Jan. 18, 2015. I was trying to purchase a Fudge Cake and the cakes were not labeled. After going back and forth with the manager, Jessica, I was finally given a Fudge Cake. As I was leaving I heard Jessica call me the "B" word. I confronted her & suggested she get another job if she didnt like this one. The manager was called an I informed her what Jessica had called me. Whether anything gets done or not is of no concern to me at this point as I will never set foot in that store again, or any other Albertsons for that matter.

This Albertsons is really going downhill in service and especially cleaness. The store is usually a mess and it is hard to find an employee when you can not find an item. The outside is usually littered with trash blowing around and baskets are in the alley where cars hit them and they are left there for days. I now just go across the street to Target or Walmart down the road. I want to shop here but the other places are just cleaner and serviced better. Prices are not an issue, just cleaness.

I was so happy that they werent one of the closures a couple years ago. They used to be so accommodating in every aspect, but lately, the service has been horrid customer servicing! One gal, Mary was the one reason I kept coming back, but now she is gone, so just probably go another exit down to WalMart. Oh there are a couple who are pretty friendly, but a thriving store needs ALL employees to make you feel welcome.

The bags were all breaking before we left the store. I went back and grabbed a few more plastic bags and they were also ripped open before we got to the car. It is just a minor irritation in the greater picture of life but it is definitely going to affect my future decisions on where to shop for groceries.

My favorite grocery store in the area. Its been very recently remodeled on the inside and it looks fantastic! Theres always some free samples to be had and a very speedy express checkout lane. Wear a cowboys jersey on games days to get 10% off your whole purchase!

11-22-2010, I have been to this store several times and have never had problems with service. The employees always are friendly and helpful when needed. I prefer this store to the Wal mart down the road which is always over-crowded and less polite.

Have always been so impressed with this store. But went yesterday and found only one checkout lane open with long line. Asked cashier why...she just apologized and said new management. So sorry to see this happening to what was a truly great place.

They had limited freezer prepped meals that were on sale. Also no boneless chicken. Sue the wine lady was great. She had lots of good suggestions and sale prices were great. I would go back for the wine.

This albertsons is a lot better then the one in Bedford of airport freeway. the employees are much more nicer. Better class of people. The parking lot is clean the last time i saw it a month ago.

Albertsons never disappoints. They always have what we need at a reasonable price. Service is friendly and quick. Quick fact: they generally stock decent local sports apparel for pretty cheap

We call this place fancy Albertsons :) their produce area is really good! And the meat selection is fantastic. They seem to have an actual butcher here!

Half. Gallon. Half and half. Its the one thing I need from your store. Its 4 cents cheaper per ounce than the quart, but they never stock it.

Probably the cleanest Albertsons Ive ever been in. But as most Albertsons it did have a weird smell back by the meat and seafood department.
