Vine a comprar carne y el carnicero fue muy grocero, compre una pierna de cerdo completa y le pedí que la cortara en pedazos y se negó, de muy mal modo de dijo que eso no se podía. Me fui a la Azteca y allí me dieron la carne más barata y me la cortaron como yo la pedí y fueron muy amables. NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR EN ESTA CARNICERIA DEL RANCHO, SON MUY GROCEROS CON LA CLIENTELA

This store is by far the smallest most cramped most slow most horrible store I have ever been to. It takes you NASCAR driving skills to move around, isles to small people do not have no problem running into you and saying nothing. The checkout is horrible. We spent 20min in line on top of the 10 trying to GET in a line. Then the cashier took his sweet Georgia time checking out its insane. They look at you and just keep moving a snails pace. This is a fire hazard waiting to happen. No room to move, its insane. They short comings trump all of they good. Prices are a lil high and I would rather deal with a Walmart than this place. And thats horrible. El rancho you really need to get it together. This is beyond sad of a major chain.

I was here for the first time today. They have the worst service ever!!!! Waited to be helped to pay a hot drink. The lady at the restaurant area gave me a nasty glance and helped someone else. When I paid her I had my hand out to get the change and she just rudely set in in the counter and walked off!!! What?????? Willing to get a better reaction from other store employees I headed to the seafood area and the guy there was busy watching tv and talking to someone on the radio and ignored me completely. Really?? I was there to purchase groceries not asking for anything free. Next time I am going to a store that treats costumes correctly. On al final note the atole was nasty!

Great selection and amazing prices on foods to make great dishes with spice and flavor. Be sure to stop and get some fresh tortillas what are still warm while they are sitting on a non heated shelf.Check out all the great chiles, both dried and fresh waiting to spice up your life. Dont miss the fresh cheese in the back right corner of the store and of course there is the seafood and meat that you can choose from. Tight check out area and some sanitary issues like brooms and dustpans leaning on open bins of dried beans are the only thing keeping this from getting a 5 star rating.

Best fajita meat! Been going to the other market off Huffines for years. They have two types of fajita meat. The premium has less fat, so flare up on the grill was minimal. Great selection of queso cheese, salsa verde is perfect. Even the produce was fresh. Definitely our new fav place. Check it out.

Saltiest food Ive ever eaten in years. Customer service is horrible, will not be returning to this particular store. Been to a few great Hispanic grocery stores in Dallas unfortunately this is not one of them. Crowded, unfriendly people who bump into you quite often and the staff doesnt help.

I live in lake dallas, this the Only close Mexican store around my area. I dont mind the bad parcking lot, the bad customer service, even the rude people that go. What i do mind is the bad food they sale i bought tamales de puerco the red ones. Nasty old with no meat

The lines are so slow.... Specially the food line. I was trying to buy some pork not ready to eat food and with two people in line it took 30 minutes. They need to train their people or hire more. I want to get in and out, dont want to spent my whole day there.

This el rancho location is okay. Good for when I need fresh tortillas and other basic needs. Its not that this is a bad store I just really prefer the el rancho supermercado over on Coit Rd. Its much bigger and the selection is a lot better.

Its a good place to buy food and all your necesites and food, but it doesnt have very good restrooms or helpful people that help when you need something they will usually tell you to ask someone else.

Great meat department, for all your grilling needs, the fresh and warm tortillas are in the white coolers Get the marinated meat and chicken and listen to the recommendation from the Bucher!!

I like the variety. The prices are good. Lots of parking and delicious food. Service in all departments are excellent. Down side is cashier lines are long. Be prepared to wait.
