Our first and last time here. Nice store with pretty decent prices, but we were thoroughly embarrassed as there were only TWO lines open and we had a full basket of groceries with a big line behind us. We have our basket unloaded about half way when I notice a LITTLE sign BELOW the register lower than waist high saying they only take debit, gift, lone star and wic as payments. The girl at the register, who talks to us like we are children, says we should have read the sign posted at the front of the store and is acting annoyed as all get out at my revelation: NO CREDIT CARDS??? SERIOUSLY?!? We had to sit there and take everything off the register and put it back in our basket so we could just walk out like IDIOTS, while all the people behind us are snickering and laughing at us. BTW, the "sign" notifying you they dont take credit cards: 1ST, is mixed in with a CRAPLOAD of other signs, so you dont even notice it, unless you stand there and read EVERYTHING up on that wall, and 2ND, is a novel explaining that because credit cards charge a fee to us, they dont take them bc it would cause them to have to charge higher prices to compensate. UH... NO. The miniscule fees that are charged WILL NOT cause them to have to charge more, they just dont want to have to pay the fees, so they can maximize their profits and they are passing off the excuse as, well it would make us have to charge more. B.S.! They can CHOOSE to still take credit cards and yet STILL offer lower prices, but it effects their bottom line, so THEY say THEY are trying to save you money, when what they are REALLY doing is alienating customers who dont use debit for security purposes. I would rather pay a finance charge then allow some criminal access to my checking account through my debit card... but I shouldnt be alienated and embarrassed as a customer in the process. JUST PUT A *BIG* SIGN ON THE FRONT DOOR SAYING "WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS, YOU MAY INQUIRE INSIDE AS TO WHY" INSTEAD OF AN UNNOTICEABLE NOVELLA SIGN MIXED IN WITH 8 OTHERS OUT FRONT THAT NOBODY STOPS TO READ!!!!!

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! I guess you guys made upgrades since the last reviews, because Ive been several times, and the store accepted credit cards and had express checkout. The employes and management are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The store can be a little overwhelming until you learn the layout...and everytime I look lost, someone asks if they can help me find something. Parking outside, and the lines inside are always great (little to no wait). If there was one closer, Id probably never go to Walmart again. The only downside to the store, is that their product options are limited. They may not have an item that a superstore may have...so I cant quite shop there exclusively just yet.

Never going back! When I went grocery shopping with my mother She was carded at the checked out line because she bought alcohol and then the cashier ask me for my ID. Why my ID? I am not purchasing any alcohol. When I questioned her she said it was state law and she couldnt sell my mother alcohol because I didnt have my ID. She said she is required to card me because we were shopping together even though we were paying separately. Eventually the manager came over and told the cashier it is not state law and I am not required to show my ID so someone else can purchasing alcohol. It was a very stressful situation and the cashier was rude and unapologetic.

Ill never use Walmart again! This store is amazing. Its clean, competitively priced, has a MUCH wider selection, pays its employees a living wage, the food is fresh, and the people will stop what theyre doing to help you find anything. The bulk foods section alone has ALL of my regular staple foods too. Yes, the ability to use a credit card would be an added bonus (this really needs implemented soon), but the Pros far outweigh that con. My new primary source for groceries, WinCo!

I come here once every week or two, first thing in the morning with all 3 of my little ones to do our regular shopping. The staff is always so helpful, kind and accommodating. My kids love to come here because the employees give them stickers and engage them with friendly conversation. The products they sell are great quality for competitive prices. I have nothing but good things to say!

I am quite disappointed that you do not accept credit cards. I was very impressed with your store. The prices and selection are great. The employees were all friendly. My situation is a little different because I am able to expense part of my grocery expenses for my job, but I have to use a credit card. I was really hoping to shop here on a weekly basis.

I LOVE WINCO! Their prices are unbeatable. They have a huge selection that ranges from name brand to off brand to winco brand. The deli and bakery are on point and the store is kept immaculately clean EVERY TIME I go. Be advised that they do not accept CREDIT of any kind so be prepared to pay cash or debit. They may take checks and EBT though.

Winco is a good place to shop, its clean & has good pricing for the products. The staff are nice & helpful. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars? Coming from Northern CA, we were spoiled with a much larger Winco that had more variety of products. I still would recommend to shop here.

Great prices. Good produce selection. Take home one of their rotisserie chicken, it was very moist and delicious, its probably the best rotisserie Ive ever had! The checkout lanes were quick for being the first day. Very friendly staff. Plus its open 24 hours! I cant wait to go back.

WinCo is a great place to buy food in bulk! I love shopping there, they blow Wal-Mart and Kroger plum out of the water. Prices on food is great in comparison. However they only recieve 4 stars from me because non-food items are more pricey than they are at places such as Wal-Mart.

They have a great selection of healthy items, and the prices are very competitive. Overall its a very awesome place to shop! Fyi, I was told by an employee that they do not accept credit cards. Only debit cards, cash, and food stamp card. Not sure about personal checks.

Great prices for brand names. I dont want to call Aldi out by name so I wont but there you get what you pay for. Here its quite the opposite. The amount of name brands outweighed the store brands 10/1. Huge variety and well laid out grocery store.
