First of all, if anyone would like my opinion on the 1 star review by Andrew H, please skip to the bottom of this review. Otherwise, here is a real review of the market .... Sprouts Flower Mound is a great store and many superior quality items are the same as found in Whole Foods, Market Street, etc but at usually a lower price. Vegetable selection is robust and high quality. The home-made sausage products are priced below competitors and just as tasty or better tasting than the competition. I always buy and freeze the ones that are on sale for later grilling. I also have enjoyed their grass-fed beef and buffalo burger meat. I am not too crazy about the wine selection and their gourmet beer seems always "retail price" with never a sale I have found but they do carry many varieties. The specialty items like seasonings and rare canned items are also priced mostly equivalent to competition, at least for the items I frequently purchase. The fish always seems fresh, and I always opt for their fish even over H-Mart because it always seems more fresh than any other market. And outside of a sometimes grumpy older head-butcher (the young men are always smiling, friendly and helpful, and most of the time they are willing to sell the seafood items that are originally frozen as frozen (great if you drive a long way to the market and arent going to cook it that day). For the most part, try to get one of the younger butcher shop attendants and not the grump LOL. The selection of grains, candies, dried fruits, cereals and nuts is also plentiful and in good supply. The vegetables are all mostly top-of-the line. Fortunately I have within 5 miles of my home a Whole Foods, Tom Thumb, Kroger, Market Street and within 10 miles, a Central Market and H-Mart. Although Sprouts is the further-est of the nearby markets, I still drive there every couple of weeks because of their prices and quality produce. Now Sprouts wont have all the items of a conventional grocery like Kroger or Tom Thumb, but for the items it does sell, it is worth the drive in my opinion. Now about Andrew H 1 star review because he cant bring his gun into Sprouts. Andrew, take your gun and go somewhere else - simple enough. (And take your 1 star with you.) I am a native Texan of over 60 years and no one can have much more experience than me in understanding your mentality, so trust me on this. Thus I suggest you just move on to another place where people who live in constant fear can flourish and live life with their guns while spending their idle time comparing gun-sizes. Each day we read in the paper of someone "being protected" by these guns by lying dead on the floor. The headlines never read "Sprout store patrons saved from harm by customer wielding gun". What we do read about is a baby pulling a gun out of his mothers purse while riding in the shopping cart and the kid blowing mommie away. We also read of more accidental deaths than can be imagined. In fact, if you research you will find that on average two children are killed each week in the US from accidental shootings. So Andrew, let each person who enters Sprouts, Target or any other store with a sign that says "no guns" make their decision whether they want to shop there or not. For me personally, Ill take my chances without people like you "protecting me" and without junior reaching into the purse in the shopping cart next to me and taking me out in the process. And if you dont like that, just simply shop somewhere else. (And I guess I dont have to tell you what to do with your "1" and "the gun" in the process .... )

The store itself is OK, and my family shopped there for several years. Unfortunately, they decided to post a "No Legal Concealed Weapons" sign in 2013. The manager I spoke with said that it was a policy that had come down from corporate. Im not interested in contributing to the profit margins of people who are anti-gun, and who contribute to a less-safe store & parking lot environment. Over 3% of the adult Texas population has a CHL, so this was a pretty dumb move on the part of Sprouts corporate. Feel free to check out the scholarship, CHL holders contribute to a lower crime rate, and have a MUCH lower crimes-committed rate than the general population.

I would like to acknowledge a team member at this Sprouts location. His name is Kris. He carries himself as an understanding professional employee. I had an issue that was not easy to talk about and he carried himself with a humble caring heart. He listened and told me my issue was very common, gave me suggestions and directed me to some vitamins that would help. He was right on target. I wouldnt think twice about asking him for help again. Excellent and highly recommended.

The Sprouts in Flower Mound and the Sprouts in Southlake are vastly different. The one in Southlake is much better stocked and the produce fresh. The one in Flower Mound is always out of what I like to buy and the produce looks like seconds. Darn shame too, the Flower Mound store is much closer to my home than the Southlake store but why waste the drive to Flower Mound if they arent going to have what I want? Fail.

I have been twice to Sprouts now. Great fruits and veggies for very discounted prices compared to Kroger/Tom Thumb. I cant wait until the one in Coppell opens this summer! The kids loved it too, and they eat more healthily when we go because everything is so appealing. It smells like the old green grocer stores (celery and bell peppers) we used to have in New Orleans when I was growing up.

I love Shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market, The selection of fresh fruit and vegetables is amazing and I also can find certain organic foods that are very rare and regular grocerie stores do not cary. Oh ,and in the dairy department >I recomment to try the Vallaby Yogurt, they are super tasty with a different texture. A+++

As a customer and former employee at this location I can say I love this store. After getting to know the employees I know that genuinely like taking care of the customer: from management to the baggers. The products are great quality at a great price as well! Hence why I still shop there.

They have a large selection of different spices from all over. They also carry fresh produce. They tend to lean towards healthier all natural groceries then most super markets. They can be pricey, but grab there weekly grocery ads to see what great items you can snap up at bargain prices.
