I purchased a car from B & N Auto in Sewell, NJ about 6 months ago, in 2012. When i first saw the car, i was very excited about it and it seemed like a great deal. They even said i could bring it to a mechanic! Unfortunately, since I wasnt from the area, I took it to a mechanic up the street, called Arrow Muffler. They "found" some problems with the car, but as i later discovered, only about half of the problems that really existed. and B & N refused to even fix these or deduct it from the price!! I have now owned the car for about 6 month and i have put in almost $2000 worth of repairs into it! There was about $500 of repairs that were needed right away and a slew of other issues that cropped up as time went on. All attempts to negotiate with B & N Auto failed. Their customer service sucks and they openly mocked me when they thought I didnt get what they were saying. I also heard them say nasty things about other customer as soon as they had left. Im happy enough with the car itself, just not with the price I paid for it. Overall, these are not people that you want to do business with. they dont respect their customers and they will, plain and simple, RIP YOU OFF!!! This is the price they should pay for doing shady business - their reputation gets trashed!

Dont care what others say the new owners and people at B& N are awesome I was nervous going to used car lot because I was taken in the past but they let me take the car overnight so I could have pepboys check it out next day. When it came back there were issues with brakes an rotors I was nervous to buy. They suggested me keeping the car for weekend then Monday if I was ready to buy I could come back and schedule an appt to put new brakes and rotors on . Im a single women who is prime target to get taken to the cleaners and these men were not that way. They clearly had my best interest in mind. In fact they negotiated with me till we had a price I was pleased with. I would highly recommend these guys and I will be returning to get an upgrade!!!! Its the first time I can truly say that a used car dealer is not a crook. P.S When I saw all the negative reviews I did alot of investigation with BBB. And other sites. What a relief when I found out all the negative crap is for the previous owners who were under handed crooks who have caused problems for the new owners who are respectable business men. I would honestly NOT reccomend for anyone, to save a hassle go to a real dealer, not a fradulent dealer. They intend to lie about a couple, of things. The price they mark their cars are rediculous. You might have a car that is worth 1000, they will put it up to 4000. Not worth it, they say theres nothing wrong with the car, there is something wrong with it. The mechanics have no sense of what they are doing, and obviously cant tell oil from anti-freeze. Please take your buisness to people who will help you save money and pay the right price for your car. Dont ever pay more, because if you over pay for the car, your best bet is your going to probably put 2000 into the car again. Because the dealer will not pay for it. He will say it is under warranty the first day, it really isnt. READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. Also pay attention to all the prices they calculate, they tend to add extra money in it. Dont ever use a trade in they get it for free, they will act like they are giving you money. They will never become successful. Happy Buying! (Always look up the KBB on the car).

I couldnt have had a better experience at B&N Auto in Sewell! Im a1st time car buyer and they were with my fiancé and I every step of the way, helping us secure the lowest interest rate, and working with us on the price-with no crazy haggling! Matthew, the owner, was true to his word about the asking price he quoted my fiancé originally when we saw the hang tag price the day of was much higher. Bob, the finance manager, was a pleasure to deal with. He offered insight and truly had our best interest at heart; you can tell these guys care about their customers, and not just commissions and profits. They run a quality buisness, and well be back in the future! Exceptional customer service, Id recommend them to anyone in the tri-state area; its worth the drive!

First off , the owner is very caring ! I had some troubles with finances and dealing motor vehicle accident.. he was able to get me into a car an hour after I got there . I left knowing I had a reliable vehicle that would get me to work . I cant be more happy. His customers should understand that he is very open, and is there for you to talk to in a way you would talk to a friend. He really helped me out of a pickle and I am forever grateful . TERRIBLE service. Literally paid over $6000 for a car that started falling apart the day after I got it home. Owners said they would NOT take the car back and they would give me a fraction of what it costs to repair the car. SPARE YOURSELF AND FIND A RESPECTABLE DEALERSHIP. At least others dont pretend to be Christian and then screw you over. Closed Sundays for church HAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, so unbelievably rude! Owner literally said, I dont care about your problems, no I wont take your trade-in. I said ok, great thanks for chatting!!! Oh and of course closed Sundays for Church. The irony of it! Love that!
