I had the best U-Haul experice here at Carmen. I have rented U-Haul for quite a few time in the past at different locations. This place is the best pick up spot so far. Nate is very easy to work with. The pick up was quick and professional. No huddle fees. They had the exact cargo van as I reversed. Nate was also very nice to hold my ezpass for the next day when I accidentally forgot it in the cargo van. Highly recommended service!

Got a 08 impala from this place and it had toooooo many problems. Car drove for only the day I got it good and after that it went down hill. Had to take this car back 5 different times to get at least 13 different things fixed. I would never recommend this car place to any body. And I dont write reviews about places but I had to let the world know not to use your money there until u want the headache thats going to follow

as i ride by this place it up sets my stomach to see that this car lot is still open we purchased a land rover that was featured on the sidewalk looked great but it didnt even last me for 7days before the motor died this called bad business
