What a Great Experience I had at Good Wheels this morning purchasing a car! To start with I thought when I left my house this morning and arrived at aprox 11 am that I would be there until late afternoon. I left their lot at approximately 12:30 with my car. They are quick and efficient and have very fast access to financing. During this 1 1/2 hour time period, I looked at approximately 8 cars and test drove 2 of them! When I first arrived, I looked over a few cars and within about 5-10 mins, Brian, a very experienced and knowledgeable salesman came out to help me. I felt NO PRESSURE at all from Brian. He asked me pertinent questions as to what I was looking for in the car and what amount I was looking to spend. When I asked him what the monthly payment would be for a car in at a certain price, he was able to give me a very close ballpark figure. This helped me to narrow down quickly which cars I would like to seriously pursue. Every car that I looked at on the lot was in pristine condition. The interiors all were cleaned beautifully, no damage, no ripped upholstery etc. I felt like I was entering brand new cars not used vehicles. All of the cars I looked at had no body damage. And there is instant vehicle history report available at the dealership and even on their website which I took advantage of before shopping. It is very evident that Good Wheels only wants to present to their customers quality vehicles that they can be proud of selling. The 2 vehicles I test drove, seemed to have no mechanical issues at all. They offer a warranty at no charge for 3 months and have an optional warranty covering 100000 miles. After choosing the car I wanted, it all went fairly quickly. The first quote I got was not to my liking and another car was suggested which I took for a test ride and although the car was very nice..it just was not the car for me. After a bit more discussion, I was able to get the car I loved with a down payment I could afford at a monthly payment I could afford. If you are looking for a used car dealership where you want to feel extremely comfortable shopping and feel comfortable that you are getting a quality vehicle and to feel cared about as a customer, I highly recommend Good Wheels! They are professional, courteous and will do everything in their power to put you into a car you love!

My son was looking for a p/u truck, after a long and exhausting search he went to Good Wheels, they didn`t have anything in his price range at the time, his salesman Brian said he would see if they could find a p/u that would fit the bill, and they did,i saw the truck and was totally impressed,,03 Lariat, small v8 with 66,000 miles,,VERY nice truck, the sale was a done deal and my son is happy..I had been thinking of getting my wife a newer ride and something a little bigger than the 2000 Toyota 4 Runner she has been driving for the last 15 years...I went on the Good Wheels web page and checked their inventory, and I saw what I wanted,2004 Dodge Durango,5.7 Hemi,82,000 miles,3 rows of leather seats, sun roof, dvd, this dodge was loaded, and it was the size vehicle that she wanted,it was bigger than her 4 Runner, but smaller than an Expedition..During the test ride I noticed a few things that were concerning to me,i brought them to the attention of my salesman Jim Melfi who assured me that everything would be fixed and fixed correctly..I came back the next morning to take another test drive,The repairs were made and it drove perfectly,my wife came in with me that afternoon and did a test drive and liked it,so we bought it,and we got it at a good price.. ....I felt very good about this dealership the minute I walked in,Clean Show Room and VERY nice people,NO high pressure here, and that`s what I liked, and the lot has NICE vehicles, alot better than what I`ve seen on the other roadside car lots..I`ll come back here when I get ready to get another p/u truck..I want to thank my salesman Jim Melfi,Jeff and Dave in the Service Dept. and the others for being so professional and courteous... I consider myself to be quite a contemplator and sceptic when making a large purchase (over $20,000.00).I spent about a month searching for a specific vehicle online when I found one at a place called Good Wheels in Glassboro NJ which was about as far as I was willing to travel from my home in CT (about 4 hrs).I sent an offer in and had a response within hours from Carmine that he would accept that offer.I spent the next week sending emails and making phone calls to Good Wheels asking questions about this vehicle.I spoke with 4 different people over this time and all were very pleasant and helpful about answering my questions.Tom imparticular was very knowledgeable and helpful about many of my concerns and assured me this vehicle was every bit as nice as it appears online and seemed a bit surprised I was able to negotiate the price I did.He also understood I was going to travel some distance to purchase and assured me I would not be disappointed and also offered to pick me up at the train station 25 minutes away.I took him up on his offer and his driver(Bob also very pleasant)was waiting for me when my train arrived. When we pulled into the dealer I saw the car and was like WOW that is beautiful. After a quick inspection by myself and a short test drive I loved the car.45 Minutes later I was cruising back to CT in a 2012 Cadillac SRX (which i purchased for my wife for christmas) man was that an awesome ride home, and I cant wait to see my wifes face on christmas morning. You guys were terrific, knowledgeable, fair and just very easy to deal with I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from Good Wheels in the future. Thanks again Chris C from CT Dec 2014

Unfortunately I made the decision to help my son buy his first car here. When we went we had a car in mind but with him having no credit he wasnt able to purchase the one he wanted. Instead of them doing the right thing and saying we just dont have a car that is suitable for you right now, they took advantage of us and how we were kind of in a bind for a car and they sold us this 2008 Ford Focus with over 200K miles on it. They never cleaned it, it was as is. It was gross but I was naive and they made me feel like he couldnt get a car anywhere so we bought it, for 5,000. My poor son, this car is a mess, needs over $2000 worth of work. Do I take responsibility? Yes of course! I should have said they are taking advantage and left but instead I didnt use my head. However they should be ashamed of themselves for selling a car to my son that is not safe. I wouldnt even recommend Satan to buy a car here. Dont do it. Lesson definitely learned for me and now I am teaching you. Dont do it...
