Its was the worst place ever inside some of cars is dirty the car me and girlfriend purchase didnt sound right when we drove it, they did not inspect the car we drove off the lot with no gas in the car they forgot to give us floor mats for the car its only a 30 day warranty on the car and plus they didnt want to give us the contract for the car. So I think they scams so please I recommend nobody go to them. One more thing the car had hub caps on it smh....

Sam, Grand and Millie have been and are fantatstic!!! My daughter is a first time car buyer and not only did they walk her through all of the financing options to choose the best deal; they also put her in a fantastic vehicle at the monthly price SHE needed. Although the staff is friendly...the cars are trash...I was in the process of getting financed for a car there...I did my own research on the car and discovered that the car had a lemon law report on it...when I bought the information to the salesperson he informed me " this car is not for sale"..then showed me another car which after running the engine began to gush a rusty brown liquid...NO DEAL..be warned!!!!

bought a truck from them in nov. 2015 paid all fees and now it is feb.2016 and they have not processed paperwork or paid taxes and transfer fees. Lied with every phone call we have made. tags are expiring and nothing is done on their end. we did our part of the job which pay for the vehicle right away. how come you guys are not doing yours? I will go higher to get this resolved.

Great quality vehicles at reasonable prices, love my 2016 infiniti Q70, at the new dealer the vehicle goes for $54,000 brand new, maket value on my car was $38,800, I only paid $34,200 , they offer best deals and stick to there word, will only buy from TRISTATE AUTO!! The sales manager hooked me up, need a deal ASK FOR JEAN!!

BAD CARS + Awesome SALESMANSHIP = ROBBERY, this place is filled with people giving all sorts of promises and make it seem as if theyre doing you some sort of favor. They sell shiny cars with bad engines, transmissions, radiators and more "minor problems" they say but 2 months later youll be without a car and locked in a loan.

I saw a car online that looked interesting. I called and was told the price which sounded reasonable so I went over to look. When I got there I was told that price reflected a 15% down payment. What?? So you mean it is $1500 more than you said on the phone??? Dont waste your time here, I did.
