If you go to them well educated on the car you want, youll do fine. If you are looking at be pampered like the large auto sales places, you wont get that here. All their cars are listed on their website, find the one(s) you like then do your research on common problems before ever stepping foot on the lot. They resell cars from auction, so there might be some lemons, again, do your research. If you cant be bothered to do some basic web searching on the car you want, bring along a mechanic to give the car a look over before you move forward. Make sure you have secured financing before you start looking at cars, these guys arent bankers and dont have the relationships with lenders the big lots have. As long as you go in with your eyes open and not blindly trusting, youll have a smooth experience. After I purchased my car from them I got it home and realized the running light was burnt out. I took it back the next day and they replaced it no problem. They were responsive and got back to me promptly when I would leave messages.

There are good, persuasive straight handed salesmen (as they known for) and then those who go about it in a very underhanded, devious way – unfortunately dealing with the latter is a very frustrating process and very much similar to my experience with this dealership. I was surprised at how unprofessional the guys were when dealing with customers – most specifically in hidden costs that, even when asked during negotiations, emerged later in the paperwork. The ‘story’ changes when it actually comes down to it... and you are left with having invested a lot in the process already that you feel cornered to just pay it and move on. Be aware of this beforehand if you ever have to deal with them. Detail is key to catch them out before and walk away.

These men are terrible and scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will say all the right things and lie right to your face all at the same time. I bought a car LESS than 2 months ago. I literally drove off the lot and the car overheated immediately. They claimed to fix it and now the same issue is occurring again. This is ridiculous. They lied about the knocking noise under the car telling me and showing me a piece that protects the undercarriage. I believed them that was normal. NOPE, its the suspension. They wont take blame for anything. Its sad and I advise you DO NOT do business here. Buy someone reputable, these men are just scam artists.

I have bought a car from here and I have gotten nothing but good from him As far as you people who say you drove it off the lot and it immediately overheated you had a 90 day bumper to bumper 100% warranty. So I cannot believe you even had this problem. I know he would have fixed it My seat wouldnt go forward and he fixed it , no problem. Baker Federal Credit Union backs this mans dealership they said no one has ever complained. They said if he was shady they would not back him. Stop writing bad reviews on someone unless its true. This man is making a living as you and I. He wouldnt be doing bad business and staying in business!!

Great experience and really nice guys. They the same as anyone else, if youre nice and friendly with them theyll treat you the same way. We got our Van there and fell in love with it. They kept it clean. UPDATE!! They seem like really nice guys but theyll end up screwing your over to get extra money in their pockets. Be careful if you do decide to get a car with them and be sure to be thorough and ask plenty of questions BEFORE signing anything. Or else youll find ridiculous/unnecessary hidden fees in your contract.

Went to this man for a car. I gave $500 down for a car. Which he stated he never got. I proved that he did and he still refused to honor the arrangement or refund my money. So now I have to take him to small claims court. A friend of mine also bought a car that broke down 6 hours after driving it off the lot. I am WARNING people to stay away from this SCAM artist. He doesnt do good business and a lot of shady backroom deals happening on the premises. STAY AWAY!!!!

As of now I have bought 3 cars from them working on getting my fourth...I havent any major issues...I did have a engine problem in the past and they corrected it...if you are uncertain of what you are buying take it to another mechanic for a check up as I did before I purchased! They are not bad people or they wouldnt be in business?
