This experience was what I would expect from my dealership from which I purchased the car. I took my car in for what was a problem with the transmission. The car was repaired and returned the following week. Shortly after picking up my car, I was experiencing the SAME exact problem. When I called to let the technician know, I was told that I should wait approx 48 hours as the transmission needs to learn my style of driving. Considering the car was doing the same exact thing, waiting 48 hours seemed to me that I wasnt being taken seriously. But, I waited 48 hours. Called back and was told that they wont be able to take my car for another week. Now, I wasnt angry that my car wasnt fixed correctly, I was more upset that I was put on the "back-burner". I truly felt that after having the car for a week, and not being fixed properly, that I would be made more of a priority. I wasnt. I did explain this to the dealership and the service technician. I truly felt that he took it to heart. I was kept in the loop...my car was completed quickly (probably a day ahead of schedule). The tech was extremely apologetic about how it was handled after the first appointment. Again, it was not that the trans needed a 2nd service appt. It was more about how it was handled immediately after the initial visit. I am extremely appreciative and satisfied the second time around and will recommend the dealership to family and friends. A few days after Fred Beans inspected my car for a warranty issue, I was changing the oil and immediately saw that my lower engine cover was missing. Its a huge piece that is held on by a dozen or so bolts. I called them up to ask where it was, and after being transferred a few times, the initially skeptical person on the phone realized it was there, they apologized and said they would install it when I returned to have a sensor replaced. When I returned I specifically told them to make sure it is replaced with all the bolts, They again apologized and said they would make sure and mentioned their survey for the fourth time asking if there was anything that would make me not give them a high rating. Today when changing the oil again I see that they have forgotten to install one of the bolts allowing the cover to hang down and become torn and shredded by the wind on my brand new car. I can only assume that the mechanics incompetence is only surpassed by that of management resulting in damage to my new car. I would recommend staying away from this dealership.

I would never recommend going to Fred Beans unless you are "good enough" to buy a car from them. I was looking at a few convertibles they had on the lot (all of which were priced around $5,000). Our salesperson Yanni was nice when we were going to go through with the purchase. We made a deposit on the car and wanted a day to think about it. After reading about some troubles with that particular model we asked to see other convertibles that just happened to be around $5,000. I wasnt impressed with the quality of the next convertible I test drove and was told by Yanni that "its hard to find a car that could pass inpesction for under $5,000). Yanni never asked about our budget, I guess he just assumed we couldnt afford any more than a $5,000 car. I went to another dealership and bought a used convertible for $5,500 that has passed two inspections so far with no issue. If you have the money for a nice new car Id recommend Fred Beans, if you happen to have a smaller budget Id avoid Fred Beans and go somewhere else where you wont be disrespected.

I need to talk about how upset I am with your company. My extended family has bought many NEW cars from you for years and are saddened by what has happened. I purchased a car Decemember of 2012 from you. It was used and I paid cash. Since then I had to get the air conditioner replaced along with a new fan module because my car started over heating. That happened the first time I used my AC after buying the car. 600.00 to fix. Then all the sudden my steering stopped working. 1600 dollars later I need to have my steering fluid flushed and a whole new rack and pinion put in and the car still shakes. I had to replace all the lights in the car 3 weeks after I bought it and it now wont pass inspection because when I bought the car I realized a week later that the hazards are broken. The button doesnt work. This car was not taken car of! When I bought it the car should have been checked by your company to see if it is ready to sell and you took advantage of me. I dont have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cars. You saw that and sold me a junker!

Typical low quality dealership, with a lack luster staff, that tries to find every way to rip you off. All started well at the dealer until we went to sign the papers. Yanni printed out the lease contract and it was $20 more a month than what was agreed upon. He tried to breeze over it but luckily I caught it. He somehow was able to fix it in 30 seconds, made some excuse in the process, and the price was back to what was agreed upon. Strike 1. Over a month later, the dealer reached out to me and stated that paperwork was missing and the lease company didnt fund the deal. I faxed back the info in 40 mins... still had nothing from the lease company 2 months after purchasing the car. Call Yanni and emailed him twice, no response. Strike 2. Then in the end of June, 3 months after we leased the car, the dealer called and said the deal was short funded from the lease company I owed them money. If I didnt pay they were going to turn me into a collection agency. Strike 3. Stay away from this place as they will get you in the end.

This was my first experience leasing a car on my own. I was a bit nervous upon entering Fred Beans but I was quickly relieved when I met Bruce Hembrick. He got to know me on a personal level which made me feel less intimidated. After I test drove the car, we sat and went over my options. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. After we went over the details, I decided on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that I love. Alex Carney, the finance manager, then went over the financial aspect of leasing the car. He clarified on areas I was unsure of and always made sure I felt confident in my decision. When I was leaving, the manager came over to me and introduced himself. He was extremely friendly and overall, just wanted to make sure I was pleased with everything. I left with a new car and feeling as if I had 100% made the right decision, thanks to everyone at Fred Beans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! I will definitely be getting my next car here as well as recommending Fred Beans to family and friends.
