I recently purchased a used BMW from Mike at eImports4Less. I was undecided between a Mercedes ML350 at a local Mercedes dealership, or the BMW X3 that Mike had for sale on his lot. I drove the car numerous times and had lengthy conversations about the X3 with Mike. I was reassured multiple times that eImports4Less had an excellent in house technician, that they use a local mechanic who specializes with import vehicles, and that if needed, they have a great relationship with Daniels BMW. I was informed about the brake life, tire life, and overall condition, making it seem, from what I was specifically told, that the vehicle was thoroughly looked over and inspected. I picked up my vehicle, the car looked flawless, excellent detail. After I signed they paperwork, Mike then informed me that he did not know when the vehicles oil had been changed and that I might need to do that. I was a little confused at such a comment, but I was very happy and excited to have my BMW. THREE DAYS later I took the vehicle to Thompson BMW to have an accessory installed. Since the BMW dealership does a thorough inspected of all serviced vehicles, they inspected my X3. What they found shocked me; two major oil leaks and a broken windshield washer pump. All adding up to roughly $1,400. When I called Mike to tell him that I was not informed about any major problems, he simply told me that I "signed numerous AS-IS documents" and that "we never insinuate that we thoroughly look over the vehicle". I even took the X3 to a family mechanic and he verified the BMW dealerships findings, adding that these issues did not happen in the last three days, they have been there for a while. Surprised, I asked to speak with the owner of eImports4Less, the explanation about how eImports4Less operates was completely contradictory from how Mike explained the dealership. The owner told me they definitely DO NOT thoroughly look over their vehicles, they only drive them for "8 miles" to verify they run, and that there was nothing that he would do for me. Disgusting... I have owned multiple luxury vehicles and have never experience such poor business ethics. Even if I had purchased a warranty, these items would NOT have been covered. I will be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason to purchase vehicles from Official BMW or other brand dealerships. eImports4Less might save you a few hundred dollars on the purchase price, but its not worth the outcome. Im sure theyll reply to this review with some answer explaining how its my problem because they sold the vehicle "as-is"...

I just bought a 2011 BMW 328i X drive coupe, with Mike Sanders as my personal representative. I have to say that I am thus far thoroughly impressed with their whole operation. The first thing you notice is the thorough job they do of showing their cars, and informing their customers on their webiste, prior to the sale. It (their website) is one of the best ones Ive seen, in the industry, for its detail and photographs. The second thing is the very large inventory of HOT cars. The third thing is the professionalism of the staff - they are impartial to who you talk to but they will all reach out and try and help. They make it very easy to buy a low mileage, pristeen, late model european sports car. My advisor, Mike did a great job in making the process run smoothly and in making me feel very comfortable with the purchase. The level of detail and enthusiasm exhibited by not only Mike, but by the entire staff, right down to the detailers, was notable. Prior to buying, I was given over 70 photos of the car, and a detailed discussion of every specific aspect of the car from the condition of its paint, interior, features, etc. to the specific history and any idiosyncracies of this specific car. Each car is shown with an entire inventory of everything that comes with the car - and frankly everything you could ever want to know. They make it that easy by being super transparent, right up front. I also am very happy with the price of this car - I did months of research, and this car was priced well below all comparable cars that I could see on the market. The follow-up from Mike and the company in general are up to snuff in terms of what a professional should do. Eimports4less are in a rare class of import experts with exceptional business acumen. Whether you are a seasoned veteran sports car enthusiast, or youre buying your first real "dream car" - these are the guys who likely have it - or will find it for you - and take the time to edify you on every detail of owning such a fine car. I will definitely do business here again.

eimports4less is absolutely amazing! I just started law school and need a car that will drive me 120 miles a day without fail, in decent summer weather and not-so-great winter weather. I wanted something safe and reliable I could also use to drive around town with my daughter, and wasnt sure where to begin. One of my friends recommended eimports4less and I couldnt be more ecstatic. When I finally narrowed my vehicle down to 4, I had questions about the similarities and differences between each (the features they come with, gas tank size, highway MPG); their chat feature made this process stream-lined and easy! I was able to get all of my questions out of the way while on a class break without having to sit around on hold like you might with most vehicle retailers. Since I dont live in PA, their "shipping" feature is actually how we think we might get our car. I live almost 600 miles away and in our case it really is cheaper than us driving out there and driving all the way home. Their carfax procedure and VIN history help assure me that I am making the right selection in company (I dont feel like they have anything to hide, and appreciate that the purchasing process is actually 100% transparent like they advertise). While I wont need it, I think its great they also have a map for people coming in by train/plane to see their cars. eimports4less accept trade-ins which is good for a growing family like mine, and they even have a blog (which is great- I appreciate being able to learn about the "personality" of a company before I purchase expensive things through them). I am confident I have selected the right company for my business; you should consider giving them yours too. You really cant go wrong!

This is my first and last purchase of a vehicle without actually kicking the tires. I was overseas and in the market for a 2013 Audi S4 Prestige with certain options and the only car equipped the way I wished was at EImports4Less. The salesman was courteous and though I drove a hard bargain eventually he relented and sold the car at the price I asked for. He was also flexible in terms of some hiccups on my lenders end as we completed this long distance purchase and also actually helped me out when my return the the United States was delayed, changing the shipping company arrangements to account for the change in my return date. When I received the vehicle I immediately noted that it had been smoked in and the interior smelled disgusting. I bought a new cabin air filter and when I removed the old one I discovered possibly the most disgusting filter I have ever seen. This did take care of the smell. As oil changes are slightly different on this vehicle, I took it to my local shop to have it done so that I could observe the process to do it for myself (it needed the oil changed within 500 miles of my receiving the vehicle, and the oil change interval is 10k miles, something else that I think the car dealer should have taken care of.). The mechanic pointed out that the rear brakes were paper thin (at 2/32") and needed changing. Ive also noted a sway in the rear end; might just be the car or maybe bad shocks or end links. Bottom line is that I would not buy a car remotely again. At the end of the day the car was properly represented; based on their reviews I just expected EImports4Less to use a bit more care in their preparation of their vehicles in conjunction with their 80 point CPO process.
